I love hooks Furls are my favorite
It doesn’t matter if it’s wood resin or metal they are the right length so the end doesn’t poke my palm but the hooks I travel with are the Susan bates with ergonomic handle and interchangeable hooks I love them the head is very pointy
I would have never expected to love them as much as I do

I have one plastic hook its pretty but I prefer metal ones. I have all my metal Boye and Bates hooks passed down from my mom. Also, whenever I get yarn donations there r also metal hooks donated.
Ive been really into Scarfie yarn lately. A couple of months ago Michaels had them on clearance and I bought several. One store had two skeins of Scarfie half unwound. The manager gave them to me at $2.50 each. Little things make me happy..lol

Hi Kimberly I have never tried one of those hooks infact I just have the old boye hooks. Just can’t afford the others but they look awesome. I love all the colors doesn’t matter. Your mesh top is cute, and the two colors mixed together look great! I have a few of the Furls resin hooks, but I rarely use them because they are simply too big for my hand. I use a pencil grip, so the extra length makes them top-heavy and the larger diameter is slightly uncomfortable for me. I'd really like to try the Ophire hooks because they are shorter and slimmer, and the website says they work well with both a pencil and a knife grip. I'm looking forward to your travel videos and will join a live if I can!
I love the sapphire color. I also ordered two of the Lyon kits with the truboo. I’m trying to finish a blanket and some fingerless mittens daughter and the I’m starting on the kits. I bought a crochet dress kit and a duster kit and the color said mushroom, but it’s kind of a lavender. I’m going on a cruise from Alaska in May and I’m hoping to be working on the before then. It would be really great if I could finish them before my June cruise.

You can do it! You can find pretty affordable ergonomic hooks, love crafts, Hobbii etc., have them. 😁
I would crochet with you. However, I still use the old fashion metal hooks. Some of them are over 100 years old.❤ 40:12
