My legs get red patches if instand for long time or do lot of work at one go. I have to rest after little work

Hey, could you please talk about what kind of tests you went through before getting diagnosed with RF?
I tested ANA positive as well but RF factor is 9.9 and profile is negative. I have no clue what to do from hereon.
I feel so weak and constant eye problems and sore muscles and joint pain. The doctors have no clue what is going on and the mtx didn't work as well.
