Love me some Delfonics...Nobody could replace William but, when they sang "For the love I gave too you" acapella, that was definitely the Delfonics spot on, bullseye, sound!!! RIP William Hart ❤
Vonnetta Gordon He was until the early part of 2018. Sad to see him go as I enjoyed how he handled lead duties. Now the Stylistics have a new lead singer, Michael Muse from DC. Eban is still doing music on his own, though.
Eban left in January of this year after being with the group since 2000. He is still writing, producing and performing and is much happier since the transition.
The stylistics need Eban back. The new guy can sing but it seems like he is not carrying that soft tone throughout as he seems to be interjecting his own vocals. I was disappointed. Constitutional hall.
Eban a much better fit for Stylistics , DELPHONICS, HELL TO THE NAW!!! Wilbert the only original singer here! Eban you can hear ,he's trying to emulate Williams sound! NOT!!! You can't duplicate the originals! you have to have Will and Wilbert TO GET THE one and only Delphonics signature sound! I Might force my ears to listen to the rest of this video! ouchhhh!!
Because Wilbert didn't sing lead on "La La..."; his brother William - who is the falsetto voice - did. William Is the one who sang and still sings lead on this tune as part of the original Delfonics.
@jo22338601 eban brown is very underrated in my opinion, he doesn't sound out of place leading either the stylistics or the delfonics, this is my first time seeing this video, I never knew he sang lead for delfonics even if it was just a cameo
Had the PRIVILEGE of seeing Them 3 times back in the day..with both heart brothers. Their style? UNMATCHABLE

He is now lead singer of the STYLISTICS!

Vocal tone
Eban Brown vocals are amazing. Singing with The Delfonics or The Stylistics, he respects the song by keeping it like the recordings.
His voice better fits the Stylistics sound.
My man Eban jersey native and a Weequahic HS icon
Wow! So young and tender, with power house voices..💖
What a voice
The best
Perfect
The one in the middle sing for the Stylistic also
My God that voice... Angelic!
Great, great falsetto!
The guy in the middle is now lead singer with the stylistics, has been for many years now. This is an old video.
Would love to see Will and Wilbert Hart get together again. That would be two thirds oh the original group.
Too late.
well
Their voices aren't to bad. Come on guys they r not nowhere near the delfonics presence or voices.
Wilburt is an original he and William started the group together

Love Eban but have to side with you.
Eban is Williams nephew his pops is right there beside him singing all in the family
The original lead singer of the Delfonics is on the right. Why isn't he leading his own song???
Because Wilbert didn't sing lead on "La La..."; his brother William - who is the falsetto voice - did. William Is the one who sang and still sings lead on this tune as part of the original Delfonics.
He sounds just as good as the original lead singer.

No sir this guy is solid but Will is a different level
Eban is a talented tenor but its hard to come close to William Hart's tenor, The closest I've heard was Ron Tyson.
WHEN YOU GET A CHANCE CHECK OUT OUT " MARVIN BROWN" FROM "THE SOFTONES" WHO SOME TIME SUBS FOR WILLIAM HART IN HIS DELFONICS !!! 🎹
Eban Brown style have really got Russell Thompkins Jr. sound down.
ron tyson is horrible in every way fake ass falsetto its not natural at all. no flow or flavor
Sorry but Tyson is not in the same league as Eban.
Tommy Davidson leading the delfonics? Wow. Just joking y'all. Eban is bad. Always has been.
Tommy Davidson can really sing.
You mean bad as in good right?
