    Hello Guys,
In this video, I have shared my experience of first hitchhiking of Mizoram. I started from Kawartha to Aizawl. I also made some changes in my Hitchhiking experiences, I have started paying for it, I don't know it's good or bad. The people of Mizoram are amicable :)
In this video, I have used music from Epidemic sounds & NCS.

I was posted in Mizoram for one and half years in Lengpui during 1999/2000 when the new Airport was built. The Mizos are the most friendliest and most helpfull people l have ever come across. Life is so peacefull . I really enjoyed my stay.

I'm from Mizoram, now living at Uttar Pradesh. People are so friendly in Varanasi too... But some are uneducated, because they used to call us Chinese or Nepali. That's kinda rude... We, the Mizo people never insult our brothers from other places.

Just telling you guys it ALSO belongs to the Chin family, not saying it’s not Indian, we are also family, I do be really confusing these Indian commenters. Do more research before y’all call me dumb. Chin are family to Mizo and Mizo is family to India, that’s why Mizo is so similar to Chin, you’ll even see them in Chin national day, what a great way for y’all commenters to bring me down like that 🤣 The british forces put Mizoram apart of India, stop shaming me and bringing me down for real, I was just saying it was also part of Myanmar meaning Chin state not the whole Myanmar my bad 🤦‍♀️

Dear Deepanshu, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for visiting my beautiful state. While I understand Hindi, there may not be many Mizo people who do, so I have just ONE request: Please please put captions for this video so that our people will also get to see, to an even greater extent, your understanding of our region's hardships and your deep appreciation of a place and a people who are so starkly different to the rest of India.
This will also help many people from the NE who feel isolated and see themselves as too different from other Indians to feel connected to people like you as well, and appreciate where you're coming from.
Thank you for celebrating and embracing this diversity so fully. You are a truly nomadic and intrepid traveller. Take care and stay blessed 🙏

You are partially correct about our own people not knowing much about other regions of our country. But the situation is rapidly changing, for the better. There are so many infra and railway projects going on right now which will connect the urban areas with West Bengal, so more and more people can travel to our pristine Eastern states. Normally horn is not blown and overtake is also not allowed in the city. What you told about North East States is correct. More and more people should visit these states. That way we can know each other and natural beauty and environment is also another part we can explore.

Mizoram is class. In rural places of mizoram the farmers sell their products in a roadside hut and keep the money box there with message like " jesus is watching us all".
So people can take anything and as much they want and put money inside that box and go. No one will be in shop as they are in the farms. When i saw that in 2017 i was stunned and pleasantly surprised. Truely bro NorthEast is heaven unexplored. Hope you explore Sikkim next

I have not travelled to Mizoram and Manipur, but from your vlog what I do notice is how much cleaner Mizoram is than Manipur. I have visited Meghalaya and Nagaland and they are also much cleaner. Wonder what the reason is ? Is it because of difference in sensibilities, difference in religious backgrounds ? Can people advise. Also, when you travel anywhere in the world, always good to learn a few local words, sentences. It helps in a big way. Please do not expect people to know English overseas or Hindi in non-Hindi speaking Indian states. You're a great job, respect !
