I need to make a point about snipers here. One of my colleagues is ex-army, and one of his duties was a sniper on the roof of Buckingham Palace. The fact that those two say that snipers were deployed because of the 'threats' they supposedly received, is twisting the truth in their favour, as the snipers are there anyway. Prince Andrew was a real hero as a helicopter pilot in the Falklands war, and William really was a helicopter pilot. Phillip served in all the fronts of WWII in the Royal Navy - Atlantic, Mediterranean & Pacific. He - unlike his grandson - was moving very quickly through the officer ranks that had he not had to resign when Elizabeth became Queen he likely would’ve become an admiral, that was his, then current, career path. Elizabeth, of course worked as an ambulance driver and mechanic in the Ladies Corps during the war. Harry had to retire because he couldn’t pass the exams to get promoted any further.

They have been worn with pride by Venetian’s for 100’s of years to celebrate their association with their trade links with the east…... and the Moors in particular. In many depictions of the birth of Christ, one or more of the Eastern Kings are shown as men of colour. In Mantegna’s ‘Adoration of the Magi’, Balthazar is shown as a man of colour. Surely this is inclusiveness, and the wearing at Christmas of these broaches is not offensive. Interestingly, these broaches have been collected by many famous people and are now collected as items of black pride.

I've been a journalist for over 30 years and I can assure you that serious Royal correspondents attached to a media house would be similar to those assigned to political leaders etc, in that they are people with many years experience in the field who are well respected. Harry and Meghan seem to be putting them in the same category as gossip columnists and people on social media who are just looking for personal fame and glory and don't know what they're doing. The Royal correspondents are not the same as the paparazzi hiding in the bush trying to get photos, they are way more serious than that.

I found it peculiar in the extreme that Meghan would invite strangers to her wedding rather than close family members. Love your commentary of this series. You deserve a medal. Have to comment about the red dress while Harry was in his red dress uniform. My husband is retired from Royal Canadian Mounted Police and his dress uniform is proudly red. In his 35 years of service I've NEVER seen a partner or date wear red to a formal event when the officer is wearing his or her red serge uniform. It is not done, considered tacky and bad manners. The Queen loved the Canadian Mounted Police and being the horse woman she was she loved the mounts that are stabled in Ottawa. The RCMP gifted her horses from their stable and they led her funeral procession with mounted police riders. This red dress is not about MM being free to wear color, it's about upstaging Harry and other officers at the concert in their red serge uniform. It's about lack of respect or knowledge about military tradition and the royal family. She wore two formal red dresses, once in UK when Harry was in red serge beside her. They were late, people were applauding the music and she thought was about her. Military members in red serge were all around them in audience. Next she wore with Harry to a US military event, he was in a suit.
She wore green at their last appearance when protocol called for red , white or blue. At Louis baptism dress colors were to be cream or blue, she wore olive. But Harry chose to follow protocol because he still had a sense of decorum

The UK has the biggest number of mixed partnerships of anywhere in Europe and the biggest number of mixed race children as a result. She wasn't anything unusual. I need to make a point about snipers here. One of my colleagues is ex-army, and one of his duties was a sniper on the roof of Buckingham Palace. The fact that those two say that snipers were deployed because of the 'threats' they supposedly received, is twisting the truth in their favour, as the snipers are there anyway. I've been a journalist for over 30 years and I can assure you that serious Royal correspondents attached to a media house would be similar to those assigned to political leaders etc, in that they are people with many years experience in the field who are well respected. Harry and Meghan seem to be putting them in the same category as gossip columnists and people on social media who are just looking for personal fame and glory and don't know what they're doing. The Royal correspondents are not the same as the paparazzi hiding in the bush trying to get photos, they are way more serious than that.

The pictures Mr Markle did for the magazine-Is that the pictures that Meghan set her Dad up for ? The pictures where Meghan asked her photographer journalist to befriend her Dad , tell her Dad that the story would be to change his image, show how he is preparing for the wedding. Then Meghan told the royals see my Dad can’t be trusted look what he did. -sure sound like the same story to me. Mr Markle was turning down many offers for a story and that is why Meghan decided to get her photographer friend to be friend her Dad . The thing is -the Royals said it is not a big deal if someone wants to tell their story, there is no harm in it. Stories come and go and if they feel they want to make money of their connection that is up to them. It is not a big deal. But Meghan would have none of it ! She did not even send her Dad an invitation but told the Royals she did.
The proof is photos Meghan had commissioned of herself with the photographers’ signature on them. Same guy who went to Mexico and approached Mr Markle to photograph him preparing for the wedding. Meghan is very manipulative and scheming.

I found it peculiar in the extreme that Meghan would invite strangers to her wedding rather than close family members. For example, she invited actors who she had never met
rather than her half-brother and sister and her niece and nephew.
It was an early example of how she rejects etiquette/good form.

Love your commentary of this series. You deserve a medal. Have to comment about the red dress while Harry was in his red dress uniform. My husband is retired from Royal Canadian Mounted Police and his dress uniform is proudly red. In his 35 years of service I've NEVER seen a partner or date wear red to a formal event when the officer is wearing his or her red serge uniform. It is not done, considered tacky and bad manners. The Queen loved the Canadian Mounted Police and being the horse woman she was she loved the mounts that are stabled in Ottawa. The RCMP gifted her horses from their stable and they led her funeral procession with mounted police riders.
This red dress is not about MM being free to wear color, it's about upstaging Harry and other officers at the concert in their red serge uniform. It's about lack of respect or knowledge about military tradition and the royal family.
She wore two formal red dresses, once in UK when Harry was in red serge beside her. They were late, people were applauding the music and she thought was about her. Military members in red serge were all around them in audience. Next she wore with Harry to a US military event, he was in a suit.
