We Hide The Best Beaches

The tourists walk out of the front of their hotels, cross the beach road by foot, descend onto the beach and kerplunk their butts right there. What they fail to understand is that there are 75 kilometers of white sand beach here. I have walked maybe 20 km of it over the years. It's a spectacular beach. And, it takes a bit of effort, just a tiny bit of effort, to go find paradise. Enjoy.

When I was there, I met a guy who said he had once walked all the way to Hoi An just on the beach

I've walked big sections of it. Maybe 15/20 km of it.

I walked this section about 3 weeks ago and did not like it. It was empty and the waves were much stronger and less predictable.
