Made this for dinner tonight, and it was beyond easy and extremely flavorful. I doubled the ingredients since we had close to 3 lb of baby back ribs. Mealprep was made even easier as I asked my son to measure the ingredients while I cut the slab into separate pieces. Three 10-minute cooking sessions with stirring between and they were done. Much more tender than I'd hoped for. Served with white medium grain rice (Kokoho Rose Pink is my grain pf choice) and sautéed green beans with baby bok choy. Yum.

Tried to tonight, absolutely amazing, as cantonese, this recipe is legit! I should say its much better than any Chinese takeaway ! One suggestion: I airfried 25 mins, a little bit dry, so 20mins should be good enough!

It probably depends upon the meatiness or thickness of the ribs.

Three cooling sessions: 200C or 400F for 10 minutes, stirring between sessions.

You skip the prep pork step. Just assume ppl already know. Not all ppl know. Especially chop pork ribs on the prep step that’s so difficult
