When Bono and Fergie are your back up singers...you know you are the top Dog!. Mick a true legend!
Bono and fergie are better in my opinion
No matter how cool you think you are, you'll never be Mick Jagger sauntering onto a stage with U2 and Fergie cool.
Is impregnating the Queen of an ET race from a bn ly away cause she loved me from afar qualify you waste of skin?
I love watching Fergie and Mick match each other’s energy on stage!
The minute Mick Jagger walks on any stage, he overshadows everyone else, no matter who it is
Epa
Well of course! HE is MICK friggin' JAGGER!! 🤟🏼🔥
True he’s the legend here
Mick ist Boss !!!
I love Fergie in this. She’s explosive ❤❤❤❤
Mick Jagger probably the greatest showman since Presley.
Hahahahahaaaaaaa! I love him for sure he’s top notch.. but baby… Mick Jagger is no fucking Robert plant, Roger Daltrey or Freddie Mercury! Close as hell tho!
@@no1nestandsalone387 - don't forget David Lee Roth.
Meatloaf was the best showman!👍
Wow! The chemistry between Mick and Fergie. So fun to watch.
No old man im 48 living the dream 2 kids proud dad youth comming at u😂❤
Well there's Mick being himself and everyone else. Then there's Fergie who absolutely sends it next level...
Listen to MERRY CLAYTON with no BACK GROUND!!!
FERGIE SUX!!! She's AWFUL!!!
I can't stop watching this¡ My lovely Dad passed away 3 years ago! I was brought up on the stones and the kinks etc! I used to dance on my Dad's toes to stuff like this from being in nappies! My Wonderful Dad passed away 3 yrs ago from Alziemers! Best "Totally best Dad in the world" miss him so so much! 🥰💕😎🫣🤗
It's such a Crap Illness! To watch someone you love so much! Not even recognise you on their Death-Bed! It broke my heart! And always will! I miss my lovely Dad so much! But in a strange way! When I play all the stuff we used to dance too! I've got all my Dad's old Record Collection! And an old record player to play it all on ! Classic! You can't beat a bit of VIynal (scuse spelling) not got my glasses on! I'll never part with them! Not for all the money in the world! 💕😎😜🥰
Sorry to hear about your father's passing. Mine is gone 2 years the 21st of May.
I hope the music and memories make you smile.
@@TinaMalarkey-bu7rr I'm so sorry for your loss. But it's so great that you have the memories that you and your Dad created together, and that you can relive those times by listening to those records. I can only hope that my daughter will be able to do the same thing when I go - I know she won't play my records which is sad.
No one comes close to Mick jagger he is better showman than Elvis
I find it truly amazing how The Edge can take a perfect song and STILL make it sound like his own... Mr. Jangles is Amazing...🎸🔥
just might be the greatest song of all time
Jagger; the coolest looking, 70 year old teenage punk you know.
Mick Jagger is 78!
He's 80!!🎉
Fergie’s haunting beginning is worth the price of admission. That and her raised hand. She is so fluid. Not to take away from U2 or Mick.
Raising her arm was worth admission?????? HUH
@@dumdum3470 The waving of the arm and her body movement combined with the haunting singing was amazing
@@jsteinberg48 agreed she knows what she’s doing
Fergie over the top in this excellent performance with U2 and Mick Jagger!
When Mick and Fergie face off together……awesome ❤️
U2 are mine❤🤗, but when the king Mick comes on stage...🙏🙏🙏💪💪💪💪🥇⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ there is only one Mick Jagger❤
you're doing something right when U2 are your backing group
Struttin’ and blasting it OUTTA theeeee PARK FERGIE!!
Watch this often. Gives me chills!
U2 is classy stepping back for Fergie and Mick.
Did you see how Mick came out a guns a blazing ! Like im king and i will rule this stage. Bono has class beyond class!
That look that Mick gives at 0:53 ! It's like "I'll take it from here boys"
I have seen many different renditions of this song by Mick, but, this has to be one of the BEST, such talent and energy is over the top! What a treat, thank you for posting this video.
Must be the first time you’ve ever seen him or heard this song. It’s a cluster fk.
The energy is great Fergie gives her own belting charm and Mick is Mick. All is good but as previously stated minus Keith is just short of what his brilliance brings to this great classic.Nobody makes the sounds he does which this performance perfectly reflects.
Fergie's vocals were very strong. Very true to Mary Clayton's vocals in the original.
U2, the back up band of Mick and Fergie.
Still trying to get my head around any one of them performing with U2
IMHO I think U2 are highly underestimated. Hearing Jagger play with them confirms that. This is an awesome version of Gimme Shelter.
Fergie and Mick are excellent together. The best I've seen yet. They compliment eachother.
They all murdered this song individually, including mick.
The Stones' greatest song.
They are all legends but Mick is master of them all.........
Hello, how are you doing? It is nice seeing you here.
He’s the iconoclast!
No one can play the guitar, especially with this song like Keith Richard’s
Fergie doing ROCK is AMAZING!! I really like her voice here
Lisa fisher is proud of you Fergie. Great performance by U2
Well, Fergie absolutely made that. I think this is one of the happiest moments of Edge's life.
For those just seeing this and not aware of Fergie's range , look for her and Slash. She's a bad azz.
👍 With FERGIE’s voice 🎤 , a kiss 💋 , or anything else isn’t MORE than ‘JUST a shout away’ - it’s right there on the stage (lol)❗️(I’m almost 70 yrs old and always liked and listened to Stones and Bono - then and now, but TBH this is THE 1st time I’ve ever heard of Fergie.)
U2, Mick Jaggar & Fergie? I love Rock 'n Roll. That totally worked! :)
Hello, how are you doing? It is nice seeing you here.
@@mickjagger6465 I am well. How are you? Nice to be here. :)
@@marthaworc7873 I am good, and it’s also a pleasure to have you here. Well I know you must be surprised to receive a message from me right?
@@mickjagger6465 Yeah, it is.
@@marthaworc7873 Yeah, well I decided to reply you privately because I appreciate your support towards me and the band Martha.
its absolutely nothing without mick!
This proves that Fergie is an incredibly talented singer. Can’t base it off of one bad national anthem.
She was dancing with a true legend , He got the moves like Jagger !
There is no bad version of this song. BEST rock 'n roll song EVER.
Fantastic, but Tina tuna knocked it out when she sang this with him on the world concert, she has all his moves ,God bless u Tina, angel hugs💜💜💜
This is the best version of this song.
That was a bit of magic. Fergie killed it
Its just in! Mick Jagger still couldnt get no satisfaction after this concert!
Stay tuned for more.
Fergie comes in & Wakes everyone with the way Stones used to do it!!!
Fergie rockt diesen song....Hammer
I loooooveeeee Mick's Entrace lololol the guy is awesome!
No female singer has been able to come close to Merry Clayton's raunchy voice on the original song in 1969. She was brilliant.
She connected to something beyond when she laid that track down. Spooky and absolutely heart-rending.
Lisa Fischer who is probably the most amazing backup singer of all time does an excellent job.
God’s Truth…
Fergie is a close 2nd no one will be as good as merry Clayton
Lisa Fischer ~ ~
Great intro... and then, Mick, "the animal" with Fergie, "the machine". 😜 Great moment
Always here 2024
Old man with tears in my eyes... Awesome...
Grow up! Jesus

There is only one Mick Jagger, and he is Still a Living Legend!!
The Star is Jagger.
wow that was good! Fergie suprised me! awsome rocknroll voice
Hello, how are you doing? It is nice seeing you here.
Holy crap! How have I never seen this before??! U2 basically plays background music while Fergie and Mick do their thing. Too cool!
Ummm... Freddie Mercury is the greatest.
This is shown on the infomercial for the Time Life Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame concerts and moments.
@@nkline99 Ummm...Did somebody say the contrary ?
@@nkline99 I agree

Wtf
Nobody said someone was the greatest
Stfu
Damn, the energy Jagger pulls just walking out. Incredible.
Just went to his show in Nashville, at 78 yrs young I'm in awe of him dancing all over the stage, just awesome!
This song is as relevant today as it was 50 years ago... wow!
Took my son to this for his 18th birthday...was absolutely an amazing show...they did an encore to this song it was so good. My son is now 30, homeless and a Fentanyl addict...Breaks my heart to look back
Sorry to hear that😢
Mark I'm so sorry about your son. Let's hope he can turn his life around.
You know, Fergie impressed me here. She's got some pipes when she's not being annoying.
Yes, but she's no Lisa Fischer!!
@@Gamardo95 Absolutely!
I Love that song with the U2 background vibe! RIP. SIR WATTS
After that performance, I have to bump Up Fergie Up a notch. She has a bit of Janis Joplin in her!
As a ..Singer" Oh to be on that Stage !!! Mr Dilly Absolutely approved !! 🙏🎸😎♥️
Way back in the late 60s Mick Jagger said I don't want to be singing Satisfaction when I'm 30.........So here we are well over 50 years and an open heart surgery later, Mick can be heard singing Satisfaction ...........
Mind blowing that a guy like Mick and his music is still as relevant as any modern contemporary. That song is just as relevant today in 2022 as when it was written decades ago.
Hello, how are you doing? It is nice seeing you here.
@@mickjagger6465 Is that really you Mick?
@@daphnetruman Of course it’s me. Well I know you must be surprised to receive a message from me right?

@@daphnetruman Dad? Well I know you must be surprised to receive a message from me right?
In my opinion, there are the best talents, in all aspects
Thst bridge was awesome! Edge's solo . Bono cool strong at the same time. Fergi bringing it. Jagger. Like the man daid it frickin JAGGER!
Fergie is the embodiment of female confidence, power and sexiness. SOoo cool!
mick jagger and fergie’s energy make this entertaining. without them it wouldn’t even be worth watching
Agree. U2 over-rated (their first 2 albums were epic.. the rest = forgettable).
So true. Particularly Edge: HIs echo sound was great in 1980s pop, but here it cuts away all of the raw energy and urgency that song should have.
From the very first note, U2 was setting themselves up to be the backup for Mick and Fergie, so I wouldn't be too critical of them.
Can only agree! Mick&Fergie really rocked this great Song.
3 icons on stage and they're sounding phenomenal 🎉🎉. But one is the epitome of rock and roll, that would be my favorite Mick Jagger ❤❤. I just love him,he's 62yrs of experience and excellence 🎉🎉
The best ever done
Three generations of music's best, offering up one of the most compelling songs ever written.
Part two of your comment is correct. Part one , not so much. Fergie and Bono? .....
@@Lola_Mac what is not correct about that, it is 3 generations or not?
@@Artiestenstal The 'music's best" part 🙄
@@Lola_Mac well, Bono belongs to the best, maybe Fergie not so much, true

What an incredible 5 minutes...
U2 and Bono, couldn't get any better than that!
Wait! What? Is that Mick?... and Fergie?
WOW!
Mick is the coolest one in the room
*The life force is very strong here! Damnit... Mick and Fergie are on fire!*
You should get rid of those nits.
Almighty, this is Rock.
What was that? That was magic. Love this performance.
Wow...Fergie can sing it...and so gorgeous too!!
Wow fantastic. Fergie is such a fox here. Great performance all around guys❤️
greatest showman of all time
Thank you U2 Argentina compliment video incredible! union U2,Mick Jagger is Fergie ,Gimme Shelter symbiosis voice is heart unisonous.......
Fergie dancing in the background in the beginning - awesome! I like the collaboration of them all - yea, it’s not perfect but pretty cool to watch.
2 of the best front men ever but Mick still has to be the most iconic ever. And how about Fergie? Whew! Amazing!
The crowd goes crazy when Mick comes out. I love that ish.
Fergie has earned an ardent fan in me 🙏 🙏 whatttt a thunderous voice
The stones showing how it's done... 😊
These 90s ppl will never reach their level
Even for U2 this must have been awesome playing with Mick 🤘🏻🇨🇦
I think it goes both ways..
@@ivanabonacicdoric3448 I love U2 and seen them live 4 times but they are not Mick and The Stones
Said it before, u2 have nowt to prove but when mick comes on stage u2 were having a school lesson, they got to be on the stage with mick playing one of his songs.
Absolutely oh, my favorite version of Gimme Shelter!
My favorite version- Fergie-doin those kicks!!!!
There is something incredibly sexy about Mick, I count myself lucky I got to see U2 and the Stones but haven’t seen Fergie who is an awesome vocalist
Hello, how are you doing? It is nice seeing you here.
In tears. My beloved father passed away 2 weeks ago and he used to play this for me at 3 years old on the way to the bus stop. Love you dad. Your song is alive and well.
Sorry about your loss

I'm so sorry for your loss
It's nearly twenty years for me
I miss the safe sane place
the world was
Before he went away
You had a very hip pappa
Sorry for your loss
But you had the best of times with him going for a bus ride...
Hi from London btw.....
very sad story !!!!!
I'm so Sorry Barry
The reality of life and loss is hard
It sounds to me that you're Dad was loving and loved in return
In the end its the love that endures
After those we love slip from our grasp
Good luck my
Friend
Didn't think you remembered... hanging out with your father..
Special moments...
Until this I was not sure about U2. I wonder no more. A song that can be covered is a great song. This is surely one.
Fergie was awesome here, really spunked up the song!
Fergie shocked the hell out of me. I had no idea she could actually sing that well. What a great arrangement with U2, I enjoyed more that the usual Stones version.
Super performance by Fergi. I like this version better than the Stones latest versions of Gimme Shelter on their 60th European Tour. Fergi's version is one of the best along with Lisa Fischer's performances with the Stones
Dude.. go to stones with gaga version. Come on.
😂😂😂 that’s good singing?
Agreed. Too many of these singers are saddled with pop songs that really don’t display their talent. Check out Christine Aguilera’s Grammy performance of James Brown’s “It’s a Man’s World” to see her chops.
are you serious???this lady should never be mentioned within a conversation of u2 & jagger let alone share the same stage. sorry but she's not very good-at all!!
Mick definitely hit that
That was fun. Great to see Mick with Bono and crew. Fergie smashed it! Thanks.
If I had the good fortune to be as accomplished an artist as Bono, I would still shit my pants if Mick walked onto the stage.
I think he kinda did. None of them really knew what to do with him cept Ferg
Yep, said the same, all superb in their own right but in the presence of mj ?, its a school night.
