Rains don't come from god... After all the school fees your parents wasted on you class 5 science lessons should have already taught you that clearly. Dubai is flooding because they don't have a drainage system, even those monstrous hotels have to use exhausters to pump their septic tanks empty at the end of every day. They also received this much rain because of the cloud seeding experiment they decided to embark on to help them lower temperatures and irrigate certain areas of their country... All this is public knowledge go look it up.
