    I like senater oketch he is reasoning purely as a real man with good intentions and hope for our country but unfortunately some old minds like owino who had been in the police force will never change ; their minds are locked with threats

    It's hard to listen to Charles Owino. Total failure to take responsibility, arrogance and gaslighting. Nobody is above the law! Period. The culture of our police force needs to reform.

    Individual accountability comes in when the police officers can be identified, control a public demo is not a military operation, is can Mr owino struggling to defend the police 😂
    On the other side we support the bigger majority of police who know and do what they are supposed to!

    This kind of forced stupidity that is with some group of politicians should be scrapped off ; they are just being nuisance to humanity, in some other countries they don't even have written laws and opperate with dignity and respect for humanity. We need to have new politicians with humanity and good will to help our country move forward.

  • @christine848
    @christine848 Před 26 dny +1

    Opposition must express their opinion publicly you cannot dictate what they should say, we need to constitute 8 strong opposition parties, Kenyans lets collaborate and uproot this rotting tree..it must happen sooner than later. The police act as they are commanded, they are on duty, whatever the citizens experience is ordered by their heads of department such as Charles Owino.

    The police need to be educated on the law and their mandate! They should have no immunity such that they are held to account for their actions. This will prevent or greatly reduce the incidents where police blindly follow illegal instructions issued by politicians and/or their superiors who should also be held to account for the actions or lack thereof of their own and of their subordinates! If it is not yet a law, it needs to be, such that police in uniform wear clearly identifying information last name and at minimum first initial as well as police service identification number clearly visible on their uniforms. When they are on duty but not in uniform, they must clearly display identification when requested and when they make contact with a member of the public and are requested to do so. They must clearly articulate their particulars (name and police service number).

    Anonymous policing is one of his famous strategies, the clip you are playing has horrible brutal manners applied, why would a girl be geld with 2 police officers, this rogue regime must GO! and must be prosecuted. The rift between the police and the citizens is so wide, that the same officers should teade carefully
