Fresh Whole Pineapple Juice recipe inc / How to clean the Skins & your Blender
Family, here I share my method and hacks on how I clean my Pineapple, use the skins, make Pineapple concentrate, Tea and Juice.
I find adding a pinch of Salt to the juice allows it to last for up to 5 days in the fridge.
Without the Salt your juice will last for 3 days in the fridge.
INGREDIENTS
To wash the Pineapple skins
1.5kg of Pineapple
2 tablespoonful of Bicarbonate Soda
3 tablespoonful of Salt
PINEAPPLE CONCENTRATE
Pineapple
PINEAPPLE TEA
Pineapple skins
1.5 litres of Water
30g of Lemongrass
3 slices of Lemon or 1 Lime
2 Star Anise
1 teaspoonful of Honey
1 dried Red Chilli (optional)
Pinch of Salt
PINEAPPLE JUICE
250ml of Pineapple Concentrate
500ml of Pineapple Tea
PINEAPPLE & GINGER JUICE
Add 100ml of the Ginger Juice to your Pineapple juice

Do you mean the Pineapple Tea. If so I tend to replenish it with more Pineapple, Orange etc skins and water. It doesn’t last more than 5 days
