I am doing a lot more car camping with the family and I wanted to simplify my life and separate the car camping gear (heavy and convenient) from the backpacking gear (ultralight and sometimes inconvenient)
The GSI gourmet kitchen set with 11 well made pieces is the best accessory to have with you car camping as it comes with pretty much everything you're going to need while car camping.
GSI Outdoor has been around for a very long time and they make some of the best gear on the planet.

I'd probably put Tennessee Whiskey in the condiment pouches. After all you cant make great campfire beans like Dr. McCoy unless you have it.

Are the spatula and scoop/spoon made of plastic or steel?

I think the only use for those condiment bags would be used as flasks for liquor. How would you wash ketchup and mustard out of them or are they use and toss? Are they replaceable?

Oooo Liquor I didn't even think of that one...I like your style! It is super easy to wash out ketchup and mustard though. A little hot water and a drop of soap goes a long way!

Thanks for the info. I am seriously considering the GSI pinnacle camper. Over all I believe it's the best bet over the MSR 4 person cook set. Both have their pluses and minuses.
There us one upgrade to the GSI pack that you reviewed.
      Good vids my friend. thanks.
