I just recieved an airbrush system for my birthday and looked at the redline shop paints. Glad to see this video. I'm a little hesitant on buying these paints first. I think I need to practice with other paints and get used to everything before diving into Spectraflame.
I'd love to see any test of these paints you think of doing.
Definitely will have more to come and start with some primers are easy to spray to get the hang of it and any paint there are a lot of good informative videos on airbrushing Definitely helped me out
the hot pink two is a color we refer to as salmon pink in trading world.

So I've been seeing a lot of your work looks great looks awesome so I've been collecting an airbrush system about 2 years ago I picked up the airbrush gun at the Goodwill for five bucks brand new in the box like 3 weeks later I found the air holes at the Goodwill for like $2 and it just so happened my brother had a compressor that he had found so I have it all together now. I have been encouraged by your videos only thing is I have to wait till the spring I don't have anywhere to set up so my first question is how much ventilation do I need if I set up in an indoor porch?
I'm not sure I use a small portable paint booth that vents everything right out a window and it works good

Theres really not many videos i could find that cover painting diecast with these exact paints, so glad i found this channel!, quick question, i just ordered an air brush kit that comes with 3 nozzles .2 .3 and .8... Will the .8 be to big and will the .3 be to small for base coating to finish on hot wheels? Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and happy new year!🎉

Also I am a chrome guy so I like chrome bumpers chrome grills chrome rims. Is there a chrome paint for airbrushing that will be exactly like what comes from the factory?
Not exactly they actually chrome plait them but you can get close with paint molotow Chrome and alclad ll are some of the best
From those colors the aqua, would be my choice, no red or purple, in the Reline series, paint?
Yes I think they have both and more then one green I need to try I got 10 so them 8 colors plus 2 bottle harder and 1 thinner so I can't wait to order more thanks for watching man
So when you do your tack coat, wait 10-15 minutes before next coat ? Also do you clean the airbrush during that wait or is it fine to just let it sit and then do the final coat ?
I always just let it sit only clean when I'm done or between color changes

Can't find Root-Beer in their Shop.....
They sale clear coat it works good but I use my 2k clear I bought that I us on everything and they say you don't have to us clear coat with their paints and you might want to try th e website it's a little better then their ebay store hope that helps
How do you clean out the airbrush between paints? I really want to get into airbrushing but feel so overwhelmed! Great video btw!
Speaking of weather… Is it not good to order them during winter?? I live in Pennsylvania.
I'm in Ohio and try not to in the coldest months like January and February but you can find them at local hobby shops paint not the red line shop paints though
Any airbrush cleaner or some paints liquor thinner or water really depends on paint but cleanup isn't bad

What size of nozzle do You normally use for painting with this spectraflame? And what pressure as well? Nice job
I use a .5 nozzle and around 15 psi but see what works for you and that can always very for me slightly and maybe even a .3 nozzle
Kudos to the channel for not being a smart ass and rudely stating the more than blatantly crystal clear information which was visibly and audibly integrated into the video at the beginning for all to see, more than likely hoping to avoid redundant answers to those questions that would inevitably flood the comment section.

Hot pink originally is weird no hardener sketchy to clear. All Brightvision paint by the way orange is awesome I use them all

Ya I think they changed their paint vendor or something! You should check out Brightvision you have to reduce his paint but you get a lot more out of it!
