That's not "running", it is walking. I used to reach my office on foot everyday and it was 3 kms away, only took me 25 minutes even after though there was traffic on the footpath/road.

I’ve done 19.4km in 3hrs with 22kg ruck+fully loaded weapon etc. a few times. I am 47kg and 5’2” female. This is a normal yearly requirement for everyone in the US Army. I had a few friends that were even shorter than me and finished it in less than 3 hrs. It feels like ur dying during the last few miles. BUT it’s not that difficult. In fact it makes u feel invincible at the end of it. Everyone should try it.

We for British Gurkha selection we have to run 6 km with weight loaded 15 kg up hill off road with in time limit of 48 min. Before 2 year it was @ 25 kg wt with distance to cover 5 km in 45 min.
