I like the intro to this video, the sound and the montage just takes me back to NZ. I miss NZ. I did the campervan and drove for about 4000 km around the South Island. I miss snowboarding at Treble Cone. Whale Watching, Seals, Penguins, Castle Hill, Otira Viaduct. Driving up from Queenstown to Hokitika alone the West highway was a great experience. And Hokitika, what a welcoming cute little town with that black sand where you can scout for jades. Love this video. I miss NZ so much

I totally agree with this list I'm from New Zeland and went on the Milford sound cruise and a Doubtful sound cruise which I stayed overnight on it's one of the most beautiful places on the planet.

My home town Rotorua 😆 we only bury our food- Hangi, for special events. Christmas, weddings, birthdays. Visit north island in summer, South island in winter. Locals call the ball zorb.

been there this summer. tried glacier hiking, skydiving, star gaze and mountain ross hike. this place's awesome and this video reminds me that i should go there for a second time.
I'm going to study in Christchurch in February for one year and thanks to you, I know what activities i'll do ! I knew about hobbiton but it is nice to learn about different things you can do there; New Zealand is my favorite place in the world, i can't wait !!!!!

Auckland and Wellington are great places to visit for those who like big cities. Dunedin is yet another less talked of cities, having lots of old buildings, a unique character of its own, captivating charm and an enormous amount of wildlife out on the peninsula. Then, there is the Marlborough Sound, Bay of Islands, Golden Bay, Coromandel, Wanaka, Queenstown …
I love this so much!
A month is nowhere near enough time to cover the amazing sights of NZ! We've spent about 3-4 months there now across three trips and still haven't seen all the sights we really wanted. So crazy for a country that is so small! Milford Sound is so beautiful, I agree, but it's nothing compared to its southern sibling, Doubtful Sound. Doubtful is much harder to get to, but so worthwhile, such an amazing part of the country. I'm intrigued by the canyoning in Queenstown, it's not something we have come across in our trips but looks like a lot of fun. So jealous about Franz Josef. Every time we've been, it's been inaccessible!!! Hopefully next time we'll finally be able to do it! Also, I'm sure someone has already mentioned it, but the Shotover Jet is in Quenstown not Taupo. The Taupo one is the Huka Falls Jet, both are awesome :)
We had a great time in NZ, agree that Milford Sound is awesome. We also panned for gold with our youngest and collected gold flakes with her ! 😍😎👫

While you are at the glow worm caves in waitomo you can also do black water rafting which is like canyoning indoors in the pitch black! I would also recommend Glenorchy just out of Queenstown...stunning!

NZ is an overrated moldy failed attempt at a socialist project. The horse did plenty of damage during Covid. Avoid to live. Beware to visit.
I also have to visit NZ at some point. Maybe next year when I am done with school!
