I knew I would see a comment like that and I gotta say, I agree

They were 2 really good friends ;)
Honestly your cinematography and Eric's directing is gonna make Spectacular Spiderverse a legendary fan film
thank you so much!!!
This is literally the best Spider-Man fan film I’ve seen in so long not just due to how good the story, writing, vfx and acting are but because that this was a bittersweet film that wraps up and kinda sets up Spider-Man And The Spectacular Spider-Verse and it’s like y’all really grew up from 3 kids trying to make a small fan film turned into a whole cast and crew and made 3 whole masterpieces and I cannot wait to see more from y’all
Wow man I don't even know where to start. The story was amazingly written, it was dark, serious, yet humorous when it needed to be. The acting from Sean and Sam was phenomenal. The cinematography was creative and beautiful. It was just utterly amazing all around! Great Job everyone!!!
You always have the most esthetically STUNNING thumbnails!

Omg lboy carson im your biggest biggest biggest biggest biggest biggest fan

I’m at a loss for words, this is hands down the most beautiful film to be a witness too. This film truly encapsulates what it means to be Spider-Man, through moments of absolute triumph to guttural loss; your vision for this character is a blessing to this community. It was an honor to work beside you, and to be apart of this.
-The Prodigal Son ;)
Dom it was a pleasure as always to have you on set and work with you!! You’re a phenomenal actor and I can’t wait for you to continue your role as our Shocker!!
"Cool Spidey suit!! Where'd you get it??"
🕷️🕸️
This film was perfection it was absolutely beautiful I loves every second of it
Loved it. From beginning to end. Everyone has really outdone themselves, and it shows so much in this movie. I nearly cried two times with the Gwen scene and Eric dying, the acting was insane, there’s so much great things I can say about this movie and this is one of the best new stories of Spider-Man a filmmaker can do. I’m just wowed by this. And you really amazed the audience sean. Thank you everyone at buckeye studios For this outstanding Spider-Man movie🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Thank you so much man!!!
I absolutely loved this movie. Everything was stellar. The performances, cinematography, costume design music but by far what stood out the most for me in the film was the emotional moments. When Eric died I actually cried which doesn’t happen much to me. The way the scene was scored and shot made me feel the emptiness that Peter felt. It was so moving and it shows how important it is to put your heart and soul into your movie because it really shows in the final movie.
Honestly- that was amazing. The effects and thriller element blew me away. 10/10.
You guys crushed it… I know how much work was put into it by watching and seeing the time invested by “Daredevil” 😊 Thanks for allowing me to dabble in some acting as the Feast Secretary. Can’t wait to see your future projects…
The part when he said Wendy’s is for winners😂😂😂 had me laughing
It’s tied for my favorite quip with “It hurt” 🤣
Dude, this is awesome. I love the dark intensity that you put in the film. I love this, man. I'm gonna make a review about it. I even love introduction of the black suit and Daredevil suit. They were so legit to see on the big screen. Can't wait to see phase 2. Also to let you know, I'm working on an announcement video for a Spider-Man Fan Film I'm working on, which will come out on March 10
Yeah this fan film movie is good
I'm a bit late to the party, but man, was this well done. Truly stunning choreography, locations and costumes. Everyone brought their a-game on screen, and the story was very engaging. Really awesome work guys, can't wait to see what the future holds for you all!
Phenomenal stuff here Sean. I've watched it 4 times and I gotta say, it gets better each time! You should be real proud of yourself as a filmmaker with this one. Loved being able to do my part in helping craft it man. Thank you so much for letting me into the world! I can't wait to see what's next !!
It is an honor as always to have you on set! You’ve helped me so much over the years, and I finally get to pay it forward by helping work on your projects!!😁Excited for the future bro!
For a fan film, this is very underrated
Can't wait to watch peak!!
Wow, wow, wow, I am lost for words. Only word that fits this film is masterpiece. Well done to the whole crew and cast involved.
The movie is so sick!!
Let’s go!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was so incredibly amazing. Such a step in the right direction. The cinematography, editing, the acting, everything about this was on point. And on a very high bar for Fan Films. I believe you even broke that bar to be honest. Love your films, always & forever Buckeye Studios! 🙏 and I can’t wait to see what else you have store for Spider-Man and Daredevil in the future. Don’t stop being so talented!!! ❤❤❤
Great film 10/10
I have wached it more than once and it is so good
Really Been Waiting for this. It's 1:37am in India and just started Watching. It's going to be Amazing I believe
45:50 X-23 WHAT!!!?!?!? THAT SOUNDS AWESOME
Guys this was incredible, this is one of the best spider-man films i've ever seen. You guys have really topped it up in quality.
My god was this worth the wait… I watched it last night and had to sit with it for a while.
Sean, and to the Buckeye Studios Crew, this was spectacular! The Paralel scene with Peter and Kaine was amazing. I adored it.
And the scene with Peter directing Harry to a homeless shelter.. I’m not ashamed to admit it.. had me tearing up. Just… this film was amazing. Oh, and that post credit scene only gets me more excited for all of your future projects ! To the entire Buckeye Crew, thank you for this beautiful work of art.
By the way Sean, your rocking that beard 😂
This movie is one of my favorite Spider-Man films of all time!
Quick Non-Spoiler Review.
Cinematography is on point. Great! Love it! This fan film feels like actual movie quality thanks to the incredible acting, as I've mentioned, the cinematography, the script, the characters, the story, the music, the acting! Not to mention the VFX! I absolutely love this Fan Film and I'm still reeling from the events of it. Love it and it's a shame that this might be the last big Spider-Man Fan Film in this series. This is certainly high quality! It was so emotional and this movie got me feeling those emotions! It was just so good! 9/10!
SPOILER REVIEW BELOW!!!!!!
Wow! Amazing! Just absolutely incredible! I genuinely enjoyed that! We got a great and sad ending to the trilogy full of emotional highs and lows! It's a shame that this is probably the last of the trilogy! The most mind-flowingly spectacular fan film of the three!
The whole Carrion Virus thing was cool!
Also, another sad aspect was of course, Ben Reilly's death. It nearly got me shedding a tear. A character we've been with for two, technically three Spider-Man Fan Films, and he dies, it hurt, and still does hurt. It's basically an emotional gut punch! Looking back on the scenes with Ben Reilly, in this fan film anyway, doesn't quite feel the same, in a good way though!
Also, it's just heartbreaking to look back over the scene where Ben's told he's going to die when we know that he does die
The music was great! The Shocker fight was awesome! VFX and makeup was spot on! The amount of effort that was put into this fan film is incredible!
I liked the longer drawn out conclusion. I honestly can't quite pinpoint why, but it was interesting to see Peter be basically on his own (except Kaine and (sort of) Harry) when it came to solving the problem at hand. Nor can I pinpoint why I thought it was also interesting to see Peter be infected with the virus. All the same, 👍
I also like how there was a build up to Gwen breaking up with Peter, and the climax which made her break up with him was horrifying, and Lillian Smith was extra great in that scene after Gwen had just been attacked!
The acting's really good!
I loved Peter and Gwen's relationship in the last movie, and to see it taken in the different direction it was taken in, was classic 'Peter can't handle his life', and I liked that too. It was good how Peter and Gwen didn't get back together by the end of the fan film too. The consequences of Peter's life as Spider-Man stay in place. It's sad, but it's part of the character of Spider-Man in a lot of people's minds.
Seeing Harry back was cool but also really sad because he doesn't remember Peter and never will.
It was really depressing with the fact that Harry's clone looked at Peter, but it didn't mean much to him, because he doesn't even know Peter or his name.
It's like MJ and Peter in NWH and I LOVE how it's handled here! Knowing it was the last time we would see Harry in the trilogy, while also being the last fan film in the trilogy was just sad.
Cinematography was also good! In some cases, the angles work hand in hand with the scenes. Like the one shot where Peter was picking up the pizza boxes! The shot position adds to the humour, even if not intended, I still count that as a win! (I don't know much about Cinematography to be honest but it definitely looked good to me.)
Speaking of the pizza incident scene, it gets a smile out of me to see Peter accidentally knock the pizza off the roof. The Pizza Manager's rant as Peter walked away was also funny!
Kaine's suit and the new suit for Peter were 👍👌.
It was also saddening to see Peter clones we didn't really know just die. It was like watching Peter die, but we had barely gotten time to know them, and even though they were murdering people, they could have had their own life. To see Ben Reilly kill one of them added to it as well.
The Fan Film was well paced and the fact that the trilogy ties together so well is just fantastic!
Plus Daredevil's new suit! The DRIP!
fantastic!
Yeah shits gas. Ill miss being apart of it
Sean This Is Gonna Be Awesome
Wow...just wow...what an amazing film! I loved every minute of it!
Absolutely an amazing film I can't wait to see more
the first fan film to ever make me cry congrats!!!!!!!!
Gotta say, man, this is loads better than the others you made. Getting better. Love your work on Spider-Man. He’s a tricky character to get right and you did it right. Good job, man
I love this spider man fan film
This was really good, like -really good-. A solid story, a bit dark and sad, but truly close to the Spideyverse in my opinion. I like how in several fan films everything improved : the writing, the filming, the editing and especially the acting. Sean did a phenomenal acting job in Ben’s death scene and as Kaine. I had shivers and watering eyes.
As a man in his fifties who only had comics and animated series in his childhood to enjoy Spider-man’s adventures before the recent movies, I must say I’m glad there are fan films like this one, and I’m moved to see young people willing to invest themselves so much in such productions, for the love of a hero and his universe.
So thank you for this film, from the bottom of my heart. I just hope we’ll see more of this particular Spider-Man.
PS : Sean, this little beard at the end suits you 😊
Man, I wasnt ready to bawl my fucking eyes out. This movie is an absolute Gem. Absolutely amazed and cant wait to see more. 🤩❤
Dude my eyes was crying when I watched this masterpiece and really excited for the next movie.

Excellent fan film the story line is really good and Ben rilles and Spider-Man’s Chemistry was really good
What a film loved the ending thought it was dark but loved it can't wait for the next one
This video is so rewachable thank you
Great movie man. I should’ve watched the others first but this was good. Just want more web slinging but overall as a long term spidey fan I loved it!
You guys did a great job making The Spider-Man film film Keep up the good work #teamspider
I just got a chance to watch this and all I can say is , Yes, this is easily your best work and one of the better fan films out there.
The Direction and cinematography was top notch. I loved the use of lighting as well as the conversation between Gwen and Peter being shot through the car side mirrors, very unique.
The VFX (aside from my work) was very well done. Some of the motion on the CGI Spider-Man characters could've been a bit better but overall a great job to rest of the VFX team.
The music by Jared Walker was also very well done. I loved hearing the original theme again by, I believe Filip Olejka (correct me if I'm wrong)
That's all my thoughts for now. Great Job to Cast An Crew!
(Oh yeah, also the fight choreography was impressively done 🤌)
Thank you so much man!! It’s a blast as always to get VFX from you, you’re extremely talented man and I can’t wait to see what your projects in the future!!
You know it’s nothing crazy, just a fun goofy fan film and that’s all it needed to be.

Absolutely amazing! every film you guys do they improve both story wise and visually! Well done, and a review on the lockwells page will be posted on the responsibility trilogy on the lockwells studios channel.
I love the suit and lenses used in this movie
The effort in this one is impressive, especially for what you guys had to work with. Best use of a fan film budget with solid costumes and really good choreography+minimal and BELIEVABLE cgi. I like the shot of Gwen and Peter talking to each other in the rear view mirrors, very comic-book styled. Kaine was cool with a solid arc, albeit a quick transformation switching sides bc he's an antagonist for most of the runtime. Harry coming back is an interesting idea though I'm not sure what the plans for his character are going forward, regardless it was nice to see him and Menken again.
Daredevil was a welcome surprise and his line about that choice being "up to God" sounds lifted from the comics. Eric/Ben's death was a little weird, It needed an extra angle or two. Something about the way the only shot was framed felt rushed but not bad. The ending was alright, I think having Jackal die then getting the cure right on attempt #1 is a strange choice, but everyone acts their ass off in act 3 so It's got that. Overall I think this is a major improvement and the right direction for this style of filmmaking, knew your strengths and limits without pushing the envelope.
Hey man, glad to see you here in the comments, you’ve been watchin us for awhile!😁Really appreciate all the nice things you said! Really quick tho, I do wanna address some of the critiques.
I never looked at it as Kaine “switching sides,” more as he realizes he’s gonna die if he doesn’t help Peter make the cure, that’s why he originally denied helping him till he truly saw the danger. For the death scene, I do see where you’re coming from for sure, it definitely was a timing thing on the shoot day😂Maybe some closeups could’ve helped there, I wanted the performance to be the thing that really shined instead of the angles there anyway😅And as for the ending, I didn’t really wanna go into the in depth details of them making the cure. IMO that’s somethin that doesn’t need to be explored too much. They’re smart guys, they figured it out.
All of these are valid points, I just wanted to let u know my thought process while filming those parts tho👍Overall thank u so much, I’m glad someone’s pointing out some critiques, helps me grow as a filmmaker. Glad u liked the film overall!!😁
@buckeyestudios that's fair honesty and makes a ton of sense, happy to lend my 2 cents on everything you guys make since responsibility is what got me into fan films back when it dropped. The Kaine part makes more sense now that you explained it, just could've been more obvious in the dialog.
@@mega6836 yea that makes sense! Maybe something more than just a nod would’ve made that more clear🤣
Well, you’ve joined the very small group of people who managed to make a good Clone Saga(basically just you and Brian Michael Bendis).
Just finished the movie, and I'll say, not bad. Theres some spotty parts, but it sure beats Spider-Man lotus. You did good. I love the fact it includes daredevil. Though i do wish it was the red suit, but i still loved it.
I'm looking forward to this! I'm sure it's going to be great!
I don't know what I expected but it wasn't that... A fucking extraordinary example of great filmmaking

This film was really well written! And the budget seems to have gone up a bit, if I had to give some criticism, I thought Gwen in this film was kind of whiney, the actress did a good job but I thought Gwen in this film was kind of annoying, overall tho this was really good! Good acting, great writing, and a decent budget, I’m giving this a 9/10, I loved the post credits scene too! Great ooh guys!
