  • Both the aging athlete and today's office worker are being cramped into less than ideal body positions. People in these situations could greatly benefit from some daily exercises to perform to overcome these issues.       Search out Morley Robbins and Dr. Barry Sears (Zone Diet). That will get you close to an anti-inflammatory diet, and the excess fat should melt right off. Most of it, anyway.
