I put those acronyms on Roblox for my new account without knowing their meaning 🗿

Great video, also the vid talking about sumo deadlift! 👌🏼👌🏼
the lecture is very informative but the footage is just awefull

You are amazing Dr.S!appreciate your education so much! Actively working on my feet 🦶 with your effective Naboso tools!
very informative, great stuff
My brain grew
This is just embarrassing
Why are some of the slides "redacted"?
Wow I had no idea how drastically competition frequency has increased in just ten years!
I found the breakdown of the difference between periodization and programming very helpful. I used to think the two were the same but just different words used.
This video was so helpful and I will definitely save it and come back to it for a refresh in the future
Periodization really is complex enough to have a whole 1.5 hour video needed to understand it
I really found it very good that this went into so much depth and detail it was very useful for me learning about periodization.
I appreciate this in depth breakdown of periodization since it can be such a complex concept.
This video really allows us to understand how complex periodization can be.I appreciate how deep we can dig into this video.
This was a very informative video, I appreciate the discussions on the problems with classical periodization and mixed training methods
I appreciate the clear break down of periodization. The video is super informative!
I really liked how the terms and applications of those terms were simplified and explained in a way that really helped me understand them!
Go Devils!
Great Content... But Poor Presentation....Thats not a PowerPoint but a PowerParagraph.
At 6:50 he asks does anybody know Wolf's law (hello NSCA), and then he himself doesn't know what it is...if you want to play smart ass, at least learn the subject before
Changing plates at powerlifting meets with this dude and my uncle mike( nick) are good memories

Miss the days I spent with this man.....hank is his father......Claude and lois......nick...Jeff. Gil....I've lost my way
This guy is my uncle....I miss him
Can WE have the translate in frensh ?
I will try to apply this to hitting a squat PR!
Articulate into a flat foot to land, not landing flat footed. Articulation is key and forgotten.
Thank you for saying what I've been screaming for 8 years. Let them develop.
"Put some balls between your legs" would be funny advice for male athletes..!
just train harder than last time : Greg Doucette
this is( kind of) the same thing Mike Metzger said. my question is then why does hypertrophy occur more frequently in lifters who go to failure and beyond, I.E. partial reps, drop sets, myo reps etc?
Gray is a charlatan. He isn’t a real strength coach. He’s just a physical therapist with the CSCS certification. He has spent NO real time in the trenches of athletics. It is disrespectful to real strength coaches for him to put on a show like this. No real strength coach uses the FMS. We all laugh at how dumb it is. We have the eye ourselves to see how people move. Gray is just a good salesman.
18:00 - talking about the results and graph but not showing us?
The GOAT!!
I appreciate how this video clarified periodization and how it in-depth the explanations were for training sessions.
Great presentation, the presenter was great at explaining periodization
I like the breakdown and explanation of the phases. Building the muscle with hypertrophy and then conditioning that muscle to gain more power and explosiveness. It seems like there is a never ending rabbit hole to dive into these concepts and tease out more knowledge of what our bodies are capable of.
This video is gold! I will be coming back to this in the future!
I found this video very informative to watch. Even though this was a lot to unpack and digest, I feel that it will be very helpful.
This Guy makes perfect sense
I always hear a lot of these periodization terms thrown around, nice to have someone quantify them!
He is basically talking The thriphasic training of Cal Dietz
