Guaranteed double minimum wage if the commission you are paid is based off services your preform that require a barber or Cosmo license is already the law. AB 5 will allow flat booth rent not based on commission.

I disagree with you about independent contractors about going home early. I have $4,000.00 rent . I will not let the money's run the zoo. My business will go under if I let that happened. I will heir new people until I find that guy that wants to work.
