It’s how it looks after developer. All balconies have the same fence. It seems safe in real life.
A Ukrainian with a normal income (60 to a maximum of 200 euros) cannot afford this with the best will in the world. The room layout is simply catastrophic and the bathroom doesn't even have a bathtub. As a guest apartment, maybe and not for $450 a month. Honestly, you guys are crazy! Just outside of Lviv, you can get a large piece of land with a house for an apple and an egg.
