Hi Don! There is a lot of potenzial in kiteboating!! I do a conversion of a Windrider Rave to a Kitepowered Vehicle. My dream is to steer the boat by pedals and control the kite by one pilot.
@@AngusMcIntyre you can go upwind while kiteboarding - so I see no principal reason why this boat can't. plus, its daggerboard/hydrofoil/whatever can have a much, much bigger lateral surface area than a kiteboard. But fair point, it's perhaps still an abysmal upwind performance when compared to a "normal" foiling trimaran.
Seems to be a copycat from the Hobie trifoiler from the early eighties? Though had the trifoiler paralell twin sails which probably is easier to handle.
