How to use a spacer for your inhaler (Volumatic device)?

How to use a spacer when using inhalers such as Ventolin. Spacers are great devices that help you take your inhaler if you are struggling to synchronize breathing in with the release of the medication (the puff). In this video i demonstrate the use of one of the simplest spacer devices available - the Volumatic spacer.
