    I would put a fabric skirt around the seating w low thin trays or baskets for!!! Baby necessities

    Have you considered buying some baskets for the top loading fridge and corralling all your stuff together, sg all condiments that need chilling after opening meat dairy in separate containers, you may loose a small amount but it will work better and you wont have spillage so much.

    If you predrill holes into your wood, it will not split
