I don’t see any issue other than low pay. As a ups driver we got all these issues. It’s a job dude, nothing is perfect. No driving company is gonna hold your hand every step of the way, you gotta figure out how to make it work.
Late starts wasted time?? Aren’t you payed by the hour, there is no such thing as wasted time on an hourly job. We start late all the time at ups.
Extra packages just deliver them. Your payed by the hour right so more money. We get misloads all the time at ups.
Unpredicatable days??? Have you been with that dsp for 5 years or something? Why do you demand only 1 route for a job to be ok? Just go out and do whatever route and get payed. I was driving with ups for 3 years before I got my own route.
It’s a delivery company bro. Routes shift and things change everyday. If you want to do the same thing everyday go get an office job filing paperwork or something. Doing new stuff is what makes being a delivery driver exciting. Seeing new places is fun.
Honestly it just sounds like you complain a lot brotha. But maybe delivery driving just isn’t for you. Good luck out there
As a ups driver your potential of earning is far greater. Therefore, situations like this become more understandable.
We got paid by the day. There is such thing, when you are forced to move out the way to wait for your stuff then having a 30 minute late start to find out you have an hour drive to your 1st stop. Then them calling asking “why are you running behind”
The only reason I say I’m late is because they would.
I still typically finished within a reasonable time.
Misloads are okay when they Happen every once in awhile. but I don’t get paid by the hour so it’s inconvenient. I still delivered them anyway.
I could be there 10 years and they could care less about putting me in one area.
I was at FedEx express for 2 years and had my own route on my first day.
Even as a swing driver(did different routes) it was more stable than Amazon.
I’ve done delivery for over 8 years so I know how it runs dude. I’ve always adapted to situations but amazon made this 10x harder with there ai. Not to mention the stuff I listed on the video that happens daily
As a ups driver I respect you.
But please don’t be quick to judge one job from another brother.
Have a good one.
Late starts kinda suck, I was working for aramark delivering uniforms/mats etc, would show up at 6-7am and have to wait hours for our stuff to be ready. supposed to be 10hrs and a lot of times we had to cut our route short and not get everything done because legally we could only work 14hrs to comply with DOT. The work would get tossed onto a different day and the backup would just be a snowball effect. A one off here and there is one thing but when its daily it eventually gets to you. Its nice to get home and actually have some sort of balance to the rest of your day but when its every day, you feel like you just sorta exist.
You got a lot to say about another persons reason for leaving, he felt that way and it’s ok if he wanted to leave. Maybe you have that attitude cause ups drivers get paid about 20 dollars more than Amazon workers so your willing to deal with more issues you think of that?
@@day2day667 He had a lot to say about his reasons for leaving and I’m not saying that it isn’t ok that he wants to leave. He can do whatever he wants. CZcams allows comments on videos and I gave my point, which im allowed to do, on a video he posted publicly.
Also in my experience mindset is everything. People think that an extra $20 an hour is gonna magically make you positive person that works through issues. It does not. There are bunch of complainers and lazy guys at ups who will talk down on the company and hate their job all day while making $45 an hour. I don’t understand.
I’m not saying this guy is lazy but just several of the points I just don’t see as an issue. That is all.
You can pay people $200 an hour and a complainer is still gonna complain. Money Dosent change that
@@matthewp9740 My bad if I sounded judgemental and Thanks for clearing that up brotha. Didn’t know y’all got payed by the day, my fault. Don’t let management get to ya.
Good luck out there 👍
I worked delivery for an Amazon DSP for a year, Feb 2021 - Feb 2022, and let me tell you that for the 22 reasons you explained, I experienced them.
there is nothing weak about refusing to be treated like trash because thats exactly what this job is
it’s what you make of it, idc because you’re getting paid company time figure stuff out on your own due to their incompetency and all the stupid work arounds they come up with
It’s definitely the pay! The job is very easy, but the extra stuff Amazon got people doin now is crazy as hell. scheduled deliveries, one time passwords, Rescuing and PICKUPS?! Mannnn the pay should be starting at $25 a hr!
Facts!
It’s an easy job, BUT the physical part of it is wearing. They’re definitely taking advantage of the drivers and should absolutely pay more
You want 25 an hour to start out? Try train conductor trainee but believe me, it comes with its own headaches and endless bs that makes you question it every day too, even at 25
Bingo
I started at a DSP that was badly managed and dispatch workers where shady AF but I liked the job so what I did was I hung in there while I was looking for an other DSP to hire me. I got hired at another DSP that is way closer to home and they are great at Running it , so far so good , dispatch isn’t on my ass ever and they show appreciation. So I believe that it’s not the job it’s the people and the way they run it.
I agree. I was working 3 months FOR a contractor DSP , Slave Job Bro more than 160 stop & 320 Packages..
Yup! All that work, not enough pay!
And there's no incentive or reward for good performance. If you finish those 160 stops 350 packages in 4 hours, they just send you to go help someone else and do more work with no bonus or pay raise.
I was doing 190 packages 320 and one stop can be a multi stop where you goto 3 - 4 houses thankful I had a second job
Wage slaving
Matthew, thank you so much for posting this video. I had a traumatic experience recently where my phones and external battery died and it seemed like dispatch didn’t even care where I was. It was dark and my second time in the country side. No flash light provided. I had to VTO today to think about what I wanted to do next. I thought maybe I can bring some extra supplies just in case they do this to me again, or maybe communicate with DSP with more specific and concrete solutions. My safety feels threatened, especially being petite, female and just super unfamiliar with the farm areas. I’m very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Take care and I hope you find a better job opportunity!
Everybody and their grandma worked for Amazon. They're running out of people and need to hurry up with them delivery robots, warehouse robots and drones. 😂💯
So true lmao 🤣 let them handle that nonstop work and let the batteries die out on those robots.
This is what’s gonna make AI destroy the world. They gonna be fed up working for Amazon and turn evil😂
Hell yeah I'd rather go homeless than Drive with a camera in my face with a point system

Thanks for making this video!!! This gave me a better understanding in what it is like being a Amazon driver!!! Good luck in finding your next job!!
Your welcome! Thank you for supporting! Already have interviews lined up!
I did amazon but quit because all the bull shit. Then went Fedex but quit. To many heavy stuffs. Now I’m running my business. Great video!
Yup these big companies just ain’t it lol
Good to hear you started a business.
Sending luck your way brother!!!
was fed ex less stops than amazon? less stupid rules? i think id change just for an earlier start time.. im getting to my first stop at fucking 12:30 it sucks
@@zephyrus3554
I come early to organize my truck. Then we leave the station at 9. I have 120 stops. When we done, we just go home. No rescues. Finished like 2-2:30pm. Since I get my routes. I finished fast because I know where to go. In my teams are ex Amazon drivers. We all hate Amazon. We know the bull shits.
Thank you for all the information. I’ve watched a whole lot of videos about being a delivery driver for Amazon. I have my application in right now but think I have changed my mind. Your video was an honest opinion about delivering for Amazon. Much appreciated.
Thank you for this. I've noticed service getting worse as time goes by. Didn't realize the hassle you guys are going through.
You forgot our biggest nemesis...GROUPED STOPS!!!!!! Oh wait, I forgot, theyre called "multi-stop locations" now 😂😂😒
Your right! I missed that one! Group stops are a straight mess.
Group stops are going bye bye.
You have 170 stops but really its 220 lol
@dngt90X yeah.
But from what I was told, Amazon is working on removing group stops.
And the worst part, the majority of group stops were created by the first drivers in the area.
@@dngt90X I couldn’t even do 170 so glad I found another job.
The DSP owner gets a huge bonus ( $10000 or more ) when his team gets fantastic +.
It's $5000.
@Diamondusa7 you a dsp owner ?
Thanks for sharing your experience with Amazon. More options out there.
Appreciate the video. After watching videos from other drivers for Amazon. I figured there was something wrong, glad there was someone on the inside to say. I has my own suspicion why those company’s would put up job listing for one hourly rate, then a week later for more money per hour. Then when you call them on it, they don’t want to match the wages to their own job listing.
What's funny is that even if a business is closed on the weekends Amazon still gives you it's package to deliver yet trains us not to deliver when it is closed.
Lol that makes me so frustrated! I try not to bring anything back.
Shit I leave that shit there
Easy toss a rock thru door deliver the package problem solved 😊
I feel your pain bro I've aged 10 years working for delivery outfit from stress
Same! I hate stress. Especially when it shouldn’t have to be like that.
@@matthewp9740cdl jobs are more stressful I thinks you gotta just breathe chill and don’t worry about the job too much just do what you can. If they don’t like it f Them!
This Job is stressful I feel the same way !
Excellent video, very comprehensive.
Thanks!!! 🙌🏼
I agree with everything you say about being a dsp amazon driver. Hopefully, you can find a better opportunity 🙏
Thank you! Still searching, but I’m waiting for the right opportunity!
As a current Amazon dsp driver you just said everything 100% correct been doing this shit for 2 years now today I had stops almost 10 mins apart very frustrated
Yup I’ve moved on to get my CDL! Fortunately I will get it paid by Amazon lmao 🤣
You been there for 2 YEARS!!!! Sad
@@dontbeasheep1603how is that sad Mfs on the internet just say anything lmao
@@UnknownLyfe what you gonna do about it? Wasting your breath lmao
@@UnknownLyfesad because it’s just a temporary job just to get something better. I would only be there 6 months and move on to better things
Amazon could do a little better training their employees, I seen groups for weeks (especially during the lockdown) and then it seem like the majority were gone due to high turn over; true story my dsp would text me on my days off and tell me cortex (their system that tracks drivers) has me underperforming, even after pissing in a bottle & skipping regular lunches, I finally told that dsp we had this talk at work, DO NOT CALL ME on my days off, and backed off. Finally gave them a 1 week notice and beg me for 2 weeks and found out the dsp was doing my route after I left and bitching. Treat people good
I work delivery for a med supply company called McKesson. They may be in your area. Good pay and get your own route. Appreciate the content and your honesty.
I definitely look into it thanks!!! Glad you enjoyed the content.
I know McKesson, I worked in the warehouse in Woburn MA years ago. Pulling
order 11-7. Then they moved to Chelsford.
I 100% agree, but I'm going back to driving after working 1.2 years inside the Delivery Station warehouse. I'm currently a driver trainer T3 in Amazon and I miss the open road of delivery. My DSP was cool and the dispatcher was understanding of the BS we go through because they was also driving. It seem like you had a very bad DSP and leadership team with bad routes.
Yes it was a lot of unfortunate events for me. I hope all is well with you in your future with the dsp. I worked at a different dsp couple years back. But had to find a new job because they moved different cities and it was to far from me to go.
thanks for video!
You bet!
Honestly, dude, I feel for the Amazon drivers more now. I didn't realize you guys had to put up with so much. I feel like a bunch of companies these days don't value reliable and hardworking employees like yourself. Sorry about your bad experience man. I hope things get better for your in your future journey.
Everything he said was so true and him going to CDL school God is calling me I just need to quit weed and then Amazon for 80k a year to 100k. He is a good driver I know for a fact they do that to me as well and I would finish in 8.5 without taking breaks and lunches.
you quit yet?@@RickeyHaynes
I experienced everything that you are talking about in this video especially the dogs being out in the country. The bad connection was very agitating.
Them dang dogs lol 😂
Sounds hectic. I just applied at fedex for a flex position to do a couple shifts here and there. You seemed to really enjoy the fedex gig a lot more
It was. I miss FedEx express. It had its ups and downs but was 10x better than Amazon. If I had never moved I would had stayed.
I quit after a month and you are spot on when it comes to all the nonsense you deal with.
Buckle up your seatbelt for this one or the Amazon camera is going to snitch on you!
I appreciated your video and as an Amazon driver I can relate. The meetings are bullshit and the GPS sometimes makes me want to smash things. But for me right now it’s good. I’m not showing up to the same place doing the same thing. One of my favorite things about the job is I show up with what you want. Folks are happy to see me as if I’m Santa Claus lol. There isn’t much room for growth so hopefully I can’t do this for a year or 2 and get in at UPS, FedEx or mailman.
Thanks for sharing your experience. It's valuable for others. As I suspected, the wear and tear would make it a deal breaker for me. Amazon is wearing out your vehicle and not making it worth while (to me). I guess everyone is different.
Don’t forget those new electric Vans, lol
More space, more package (same pay)
With the old ones you had 2-3 carts with 12-20bags and overflow
Now you get 4-5 carts with 18-27bags plus a bunch of overflow
It has nothing to do with saving gas. When you let a car idle for two minutes it’s going to waste less fuel, then shutting it off and turning it back on.
Tell that to Amazon
I'm on the list for EOC but still don't turn them off because it blows all the starters out.
All facts in this video bro. I was also an Amazon delivery driver but I just quit a week ago. Luckily now I got another delivery job that pays more and is easier. I delivered for Amazon for 3 years and it’s just not worth it to me anymore. During my 3 years with 2 different DSP’s, I have seen Amazon’s rules get way stricter and routes get a lot heavier. Back in the day when I started most DSP’s didn’t have the cameras in the vans, even the blue branded vans with the Amazon logos didn’t have them. It was a lot easier and more chill to deliver without having to worry about every minor detail on the road. Also used to average 130-150 stops with about 25 group stops and 15-25 overflow which wasn’t too bad but after a year and changing DSP’s I was averaging 170-190 stops with 30-50 overflow. From my experience I just saw the direction Amazon was going with the routes for the drivers making them heavy and complicated with apartments and business’s and the lack of care for us.
All I gotta say Amazon be accepting anybody and it’s true ! Thank you brother. This means a lot because I had an interview yesterday for Amazon and I had my second interview today and she just told me to bring my paperwork. She didn’t even like really professionally interview me. She just just told me to bring my stuff and that I was hired
No problem! Look at other delivery jobs. DHL, FedEx Express, UPS
Dogg I subscribed off the strength of this video alone. I had this EXACT same experience out here in California. 0/10 I do not recommend! Great video! Thank you for the doing the Lords work!
I was a dispatcher, I would go in clock in and give y’all the routes and load out and then after that I go home and dispatch from home and when it’s time to get back to station I go.
I feel you man. I’m so fkn burnt out. I could add a thousand more reasons to this list believe me.
I am tired of being broke, I plan to un-retire for at least the rest of the year. I have a DSP interview Monday. If hired, I fully expect it will suck, like every job I have ever had 😁
I only worked for three days and I have already quitted. It sucks really bad
@@TonyRSalazarmakes me not wanna go to my interview tomorrow…
@@FlyingHands994 I'm just going to wish you the best luck, luckily I found a job as a janitor
As someone starting as a driver tomorrow, this kinda got me worried lol.
Can’t find a job that pays 17.50 w no experience anywhere else tho, so it is what it is
If you don’t mind me asking, where do you stay?
I don’t mean to make you worry so my bad. 😂
Every dsp is different so you could be okay. But you are guaranteed to run into some of these problems. The job is super easy but it’s the amount of issues that will get to you.
@@matthewp9740 My DSP is LMSG Logistics and in Fort Myers, Florida. Just got done w 1st day orientation.
Just planning on doing this for 4 months till next semester starts so hopefully it’ll work out.
You still working there ??
The extra packages in the bags are called dwellings. Packages that were not scanned to the bag properly during the overnight short phase. The routes also having late starts often could be due to a shortage of amazon workers thus making the sort phase last longer and delaying picking the routes for the DSP's
misort
I always take em, I've gotten some good shit too
She’s just trying to figure out why dudes not working.
This is an everyday occurrence in every driving job😊
They make your job unnecessarily difficult
i loved this job the first year but after my second and third i was done with the bs and the bs pay, i am now getting my cdl
Nice me to! I’m getting my CDL through Amazon freight program! I’m done with dsps!
I only work 5 months for Amazon got my cdl I’m at Sysco now
Agreed immediately I pretty much have a few more weeks left and pretty much have thrown in the towel after almost a year it’s honestly not worth the time and pay plus it’s just another start up job for part time work honestly wasted my time expecting more unfortunately.
Good luck on your future! It only gets better after Amazon honestly
When I applied to Amazon I went into the warehouse and some of the bosses had signs that said “llama drama” today is no tomorrow maybe “ and it clicked in my head these people do nothing all day but F with the drivers Amazon has more people hired to come after the drivers than good employees
U didn't' just quite, u BURNED the bridge with this video & became an entrepreneur.
Agree with everything, I just left my DSP in Ireland today, for us it's even worse, we are paid per day for a 9 hour route, you need to bust your ass non stop all day, sprinting up driveways etc, pissing in bottles ofc, no breaks and always still finishing in 9 hours or just more
I’m done with FedEx for a year. I applied postal worker USPS careers I got offered. Try that for yourself new career at usps.
I did FedEx express for 2 years. I miss it, but had to leave because of moving:
Everything you have mentioned here I have already experienced in under one month as a DSP driver. Since you quit, what do you do now?
All this is true. I’m trying to figure out why I still put up with it
I had some lady once say go all the way around the block to go to her house and I was at a different gate and we'll it was a Karen mom with her teenage kid and she pulled up next to me and went off on me like " I tried to tell you guys like 100 times about following instructions!!!" I'm like woah I'm just a delivery guy I pick up and drop off.. nobody told me nothing lol😂 she kept saying " I put it on there 1000 times to go around!!" I'm like I have your package I can take it back with me no problem. She calm down real quick lmao😅 .. also my breaks was a joke and the phones were soooooooo slow ... nah I can't do it no more and my dispatch is still leaving voice-mail on coming back.. I think ima block them 😒aaand one every two weeks I get sent back home due to no extra vans..I feel you bro 😅
Lol luckily I haven’t ran into any Karen’s. I hope I never do, but at this point I believe it inevitably 😂😂
Everything is trueeeee!!
It's horrible place to work, people get write up to go the bathrooms and say that's long break. If you go injured and you keep using you time, you'll get write ups. If you have health problems they will do anything they can to fired you. It happens to alot of people, I found a new job and I was going to put my 2 week noticed but instead they fired me. If you have low UPT or negatives they will fire you. I work at the warehouse and I almost work there for 2 years
I haven’t had that experience. The only thing I don’t like is the hours for me are not predictable, but 70% of my co workers don’t want to work most of the time so I’ll just take someone’s route if they put me on standby. Should I make a video on my experience? 🤨
Yes you should! I want to know lol
Actually from what I hear turning the car back on uses more gas. Not sure how ture it is.
I was wondering what my dispatch was doing too while I was afraid in the dark in the middle of nowhere 🤦🏻♀️. When I got back nobody was at the desk to even ask if I was ok. I’ve been clocking out at 6:30PM but I got home at 9:30PM. Didn’t even message back on our group chats. My coworkers were wondering why I was delivering so late especially with it being dark in the farm areas. My family was very worried about me. For all I know he was hiding the restroom scrolling on social media. Or doing some other task while I really needdd him.
i have only worked tjhere for 3 days and i have experienced most of your list already!
some people are built for this type of field others adjust to handle it and others simply can't handle. The job is easy to do but there is a new challenge every day. Just gotta buck up and problem solve yourself sometimes and stop blaming others or making excuses
i like the fact that there is no room for growth which means we are all in the same miserable boat and there’s no back stabbing and jealousy involved, good to have a revolving door, work with the same group of people for years and years and years things tend to get alittle too personal and everyone knows everyone’s business, it’s good to work with randoms for that reason
The thumbnail is funny asfff 😭😭
Lol 😂
All what you said was facts on the job.
They don't have much choice about aircon either use diesel as alternative power for AC or extra battery for AC that will not last.
As A driver I couldn't agree more with this!
My first 2 nursery roue was 126 with 35 stop rescue day 2 107 stop and 30 stop rescue.. I had 1 day of training. For 10;20 am to 10pm I didn't get back
Shit it’s better than working remodeling/ construction job working out in the sun moving ladders and going up and down ladders all day long
That sounds tough! I recommend FedEx express. It’s a pretty good courier job!
Worked as an Amazon driver for almost 2 years with two different DSPs and i couldn’t agree more with this video 😂 Main reasons why I quit. I see you got other delivery drivers commenting on here but the difference between them and us is the pay difference. If we got paid like UPS, I wouldn’t complain nearly as much. Bad pay, bad company in general for the long run. Good if you’re just starting.
One time I had a flat tire in the country and they had to come change it out… they finally fixed it and 1 hour later the same tire was flat again and they got mad at me as if I was driving crazy 🤣 I was always going above and beyond and i never drove bad. But they blamed me as if it was my fault when I’m just trying to finish and go home just as they are
This job isn't for everyone man. You gotta take the good with the bad. Your time delivering with Amazon really depends on your DSP. Mine is pretty chill and they just gave all of us a raise. I'm at 22/hr. The routes are mostly houses because I live in the suburbs. I've personally never had a major complaint and I've been doing this for a year. Like I said, you gotta take the good with the bad with this kind of job. It's not the best job, but certainly not the worst. It has it's pros & cons just like any other job. Good luck to you bro 🙏🏾
Better than McDonald’s that’s for sure .
Why are you discounting his experiences? There but for the grace of God go we...
I suspect soon you will have worse hardships and you will wish you didn't judge.
Houses in residential areas are the easiest places to deliver and you’re getting paid 22hr to do it… most drivers are not that lucky. Stop blowing off others experience, not all routes are created equal
@@Chris-vgtyui just started driving and i don’t mind the labor and the trouble shooting, my dsp is pretty chill but im waiting to see if the Ai decides to take away my driving privileges for the stupid infraction everytime i’m trying to bang out back to back stops on the same street and either forget to pull the e-brake up or just grab the package, jump out and forget to pull the key out, if that’s the case there is nothing either i or the dsp can do to save my job so just gotta chalk it up and add delivery driver to my resume and keep it moving
That standby crazy because if your new it very hard
I told my folk I was going to do Amazon for ten years and he laughed and was like we will see and I seen what he meant by that
Lol 😂 at the pace I go I would have no legs in 10 years.
I did amazon delivery here in las vegas and it sucked. Then went to FedEx ground and it wasn't to bad. great video, i like you and your style - good luck hard worker
Thank you!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
I wouldn’t say you’re complaining. More like listing off things that could be improved upon. Our dsp experiences simply things, and could definitely be improved upon. My biggest thing though .. is that AI system. Not the Driver(I), but the AI that predicts your departure, and return time.
Had a Galesburg route the other day with 190 stops. The system predicted I’d get there and back by 17:45. Including an hours worth of breaks. Well.. no. An entire cart wasn’t ready. Had to go bypass. In the end I ended up bringing back 30 stops back with me. I’d honestly say that’s pretty good for me though, but I ended up getting yelled at for coming back with 30 stops, and not being in compliance with 12 hr drive time. They wholeheartedly believe in the ai system.
Your definitely not weak I was in pain after my second day and they are so strict I literally got suspended for two shifts on my third day for a driving violation
Yup! the amount of violations you can get is endless. Hope everything works out for you!
I deliver with flex and I ran into dsp drivers delivering to the same house I'm at.

I’ve rarely had problems with having packages ready not even during peak.... it’s always ready for every dsp in our warehouse.. as a step van driver it’s easily to load up and pays at 25$ Northern California. About the routes you talk to your disapacher about keeping you at the same route and that’s it you get the same route everyday if you don’t say nun they tend to put different drivers everywhere 🤷🏿♂️

i psythazie with you. i'm currently struggling with the dsp im working under with "all the same issues""" and really amazon is a mentally draining harsh physical labor with working in crazy climate weather making 18$
I work amazon delivery and all I can say is yes for the 100 percent most part everything he said in this video is true. What I do tho is I ignore the BS I do what I can I dont care about the bonus or the talked they give me if im doing wrong. And I get my paycheck at the end of the week.Pretty much I keep my head down and do my own thing and thats its im in my 3rd DPS I transfer to a new area but this will be my last one because of how unorganized the brand itself really is.But u can make a decent paycheck from delivery each week and my cost of living is low so its ok for me at the moment.
I tried Amazon for 5 months they gave me routes out in the country. I’m talking about Off roads deep in country. One time the van got stuck in the mud luckily one of the locals pull me out with a 4x4 heavy duty truck . Another thing the damn Dogs one time I got to a house with 3 Belgian malinois behind a 4 foot fence you think I deliver that shit??? Hell naw I kept moving! I ain’t gonna let those fkrs eat my flesh. Not worth it I rather drive for Sysco that’s where I am now.
Was an Amazon driver for 6yrs in UK - reasons I left: absurd workload, multi-drops, paid for 9hrs but out the house for 12hrs, treat like a disposable commodity, every year gets worse, experienced drivers eventually all leave.
I had been wanting to drive for Amazon for soooo long. Finally got hired not too long ago, and I only lasted 2-3 months lol. Easy job, but the environment, conditions, and other problems is what ruined it. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.
they fired me on the spot in my 2nd week they said its a first tier infraction for leaving my door open at the hub with keys in the car while I went to staging to get my packages. They did not tell me any of this during training I experienced what you said well within my first week of working for them.
2:26 how about calling dispatch to see if they would rather have you go to a charging station for 30 minutes or whatever, rather than making them send a tow truck to come get the van?
What’s the off boarding process like? I’m thinking of leaving my dsp.
I’ll be honest…. I told them I wasn’t coming back. From what I know you have to pick up your last check. I could be wrong though….
has anyone ever had to be counsel from ur company? which mean like basically a worried from your company that ur being a bad driver ig. because like ive been having to rush and complete stop which is a cost of some violations and i hope im not getting fired from it.
im coming off almos 1.5 years from amazon, the writing was on the wall when the weather was 87 degrees and they made us turn the van off at every stop and started making us split group stops I knew I wouldnt last much longer
Dude i forgot about the dogs man i respect u. Getting chase by a Germanshepperd.
I was scared for my life lmao 🤣
I like dogs, but I am way too slow to outrun a big one. Can DSP drivers carry pepper spray?
@Van-zf9iw you aren't supposed to delivery to houses with dogs outside, not sure why people complain about the dogs when you're trained to text the customer to take any dogs in, then call them if no response, then just leave and mark package as rts
@@BadAspects Thanks for the info. I do not work at a DSP yet. Still thinking about it. CZcams is full of people who quit on their first or second day lol.
That doggy thumbnail 🤣😂
😂😂
