depends on where u live, on average $15-$17, not guranteed 40 hours every week where I was at, it's not worth it, the company them selves require to much work, you should be getting minimum $25 for all you have to go through, some warehouses are a mess, your packages can me a messed up, they give you the exact amount of time to complete the route with no leeway with out thinking about traffic, GPS fails, time it takes you between each stop like 45 min to get to your first stop, the job Is a finnese!, they have to much control, they can give you a garbage route for 2 weeks straight or more and make you feel like you not working hard enough, there are some good DSP'S I hear but you never gonna know which are the good ones and it depends on your area
That’s crazy, here in Indiana they 18.50 and your granted 40hours regardless. The only con is now the have cameras in the vehicles to make sure your abiding by driving rules
💯 true. They might say 120 stops but you always have 2,3 sometimes 4 extra drops for the one drop on the flex app meaning you're actually doing more than 120 or whatever. And apartments are the worst. No maps for the units and when they give you a map it's so small that you can't read it so it takes you forever to deliver. Not to mention the stupid ass GPS
amazon is so DISRESPECTFUL they think there time is a lot more valuable than yours . Even if you work at there main fulfilment centers they make you wait around until they open up a lane . Sometimes it's more than 30 minutes.
I quit in a similar fashion today my boi! Lmfaooo i also was supposed to be a support guy. Then of course I had to fill in a route that someone called out. I delivered my last package with about 15 min ro spare and took nothing back to the warehouse. I dont understand I am thinking you can have it safe of you can have it fast but you cant have both.
especially on the days that you have more than say 175 stops the package count doest really matter its the stoops that get you. very helpful to put lockers in all apartments ALSO that would be awesome
I transferred to a delivery station from a FC a month ago WORSE decision ever. It just opened bout 2 months ago so nobody stays long because of the work so there is really no employees so we’re picking 6-10 carts each. I hate it
it kind of amazes me that folks stay around. $15 for drivers is nothing when you really think about it. When it's ton of $12-$13 dollars out there with no driving required.
It's so funny hearing Amazon drivers complain about driving 10-12 hrs a day. You're average Truck Driver drive those hours daily 70 hrs a week away from home and don't get to see their family for weeks at a time. Yet Amazon drivers complain about a 40-45 hr work week's and only work 4-5 days a week
Those truck drivers make 70k on the low end. High end Amazon drivers make half that on the high end! Work to pay ratio at Amazon is GROSSLY skewed and the fact Bezos is one the worlds richest people should let you know that.
You're driving straight though. Try and get in and out of your vehicle literally every 2 minutes sometimes 200 times. There's a reason they work the drivers 3-4 days max if they did more they'd drop dead.
Was just thinking about applying for warehouse or driver! 🤯 i used to work for medical Transport for a 1 1/2 and honestly all driving jobs are the same whether you're delivering patients packages or equipment lol. It's a lot and would it be worth it tho if the pay was higher?! It ain't and wasn't worth the time or peace and happiness. Anyways I've heard many mixed reviews about this and..... I'm still debating ABOUT WAREHOUSE DRIVING NAH!
Bro everything you said I experienced! I've been working for them for 2 months now and it's been fucking rough. Haven't taken a lunch during my shift for the last month because otherwise you can't keep up with the work I'm about to quit
i remember my dps had me work in a hot satan's weather that was about 87 degrees, as soon as i finish my route i came back to him, while they all were sittiing, near a fan and AC, i was so pissed at him he said to me, "relax man ..you finished the route, ill make you sure you have a van with an ac built in it" , mind you all ..he said that three times in three days and i never gotten it and made a joke about it and said, "at least you'll burn some calories" me and him almost fought that day, cause it was hot and human out side while he was sitting in the ware house in a got damn AC with a fan on the side! 😑
the routes come from Amazon the DSP is just the middlle man. the rescues and the faulty equipment that you can blame on the DSP. I haven't had a broken van yet but I have had a tom of ridiculous routes
first thing first, rip uncle phil! Yo man, my first day is tomrrow and i'm shitting bricks. Been watching alot of review videos on Amazon delivery and alot of people have bad experiences. Fuck me lol.
I’ve tried this I accidentally backed up into someone’s driveway and what made me mad is when the boss didn’t just call me to tell me I was fired instead of making me come so stupid and yes they don’t care
You should have went to a McDonalds set in the air-conditioning and told them where you were with their truck and they could come there and meet you with the new one. You shouldn't have let them push you around like that
Today was my first day. 191 stops. No nursery. Ac sucked. Loadout was not in order off the rack. They threw all my overflow nearly cubed out. No breaks. Got an infraction for reaching for my water. FUCK AMAZON.
I only made 4 days , 3 days helper and on my first day as a driver , they fully loaded my van , and had to rescue me twice in 1 day and didn’t let me take a break without calling talking about what’s the hold up , the dam owner try calling me to come in on Sunday I never answer the phone I messaged him back to tell him no thanks, this job ain’t for me it’s no success only a broke life of misery , The resume they want the drivers to delivery as much as possible it’s because that’s how the owners get paid on there performance there company production , drivers where I live got $16.50 , and the owner DSP potential could make up to $300,000 in a year and the drivers with that money
How many stops did you have this day? Because 200-270 packages is a pretty good day at my station. We average anywhere from 300-450 in the step van with 190 stops

So if you're new, you're always getting screwed when it comes to the routes. 260 packages with 120 stops. From 10:30 am - 10:30 pm smh
Yea a bunch of crazy lazy bit@#@ss entitled customers and their dogs are really the worst part of all!😊
I quit my 2nd day but not before I ordered my free shoes! Love from Chicago
😂
Lol
😂😂😂
LMAO face planted into someone's porch. My eye is now swollen and CT scan says I have a cracked cheek bone. This happened New Year's Eve can bet your ass. I'm going to wait till I get my boots as I heal lol
I love that you just left the van and packages there 😂😂😂
Same BS in Detroit my friend........ Been a driver for 3 months now and I'm over it.
My biggest complaint is GROUP STOPS.
1 stop with 4 houses to deliver to is
SHADY SHIT!
I refuse to pee into anything other than a toilet. I will quit before that happens. How much do they pay delivery drivers anyway?
depends on where u live, on average $15-$17, not guranteed 40 hours every week where I was at, it's not worth it, the company them selves require to much work, you should be getting minimum $25 for all you have to go through, some warehouses are a mess, your packages can me a messed up, they give you the exact amount of time to complete the route with no leeway with out thinking about traffic, GPS fails, time it takes you between each stop like 45 min to get to your first stop, the job Is a finnese!, they have to much control, they can give you a garbage route for 2 weeks straight or more and make you feel like you not working hard enough, there are some good DSP'S I hear but you never gonna know which are the good ones and it depends on your area
Sounds like the setup main issues job is easy to deliver
aha you lie. lol
That’s crazy, here in Indiana they 18.50 and your granted 40hours regardless. The only con is now the have cameras in the vehicles to make sure your abiding by driving rules
The CONTORTIONISTS I'm in greenwood Indiana the hourly pay here is 18.25
Very unorganized and very demanding and a lot of tedious rules and regulations be aware
That’s why I left that app cell phone is bullshit
Group stops are the WORST!
amazon is so DISRESPECTFUL they think there time is a lot more valuable than yours . Even if you work at there main fulfilment centers they make you wait around until they open up a lane . Sometimes it's more than 30 minutes.
Amazon could be sued. Its against the law to not take 2 breaks and a lunch.
I quit in a similar fashion today my boi! Lmfaooo i also was supposed to be a support guy. Then of course I had to fill in a route that someone called out. Route was already frustrating as hell first 30 stops. I had about 270 . Ive done routes with close to 300 packages but today I ain’t feel like doing that, so I pulled up to the van lot , parked that shit with all my packages and dipped lmfaoo.
Lol I felt this when I'm fed up with a job
Damn I got my drug test on Monday and training on Tuesday.. this shit got me thinking now.
Trust me is not worth it
@@juliovillarreal3519 I been left amazon alone I did 1 year with them. I'm at the post office now
You learn after the drug test everybody smokes weed. I asked my boss why he said cuz they don't test for marijuana
Great vid man. You had me dyin when u said u peed in a Gatorade bottle in the back lol. Yesterday was my first day at amazon delivery and I thought as well that all the bathrooms and shit are gonna be difficult to use since the COVID pandemic. So brought a Gatorade bottle with me to piss on haha. 😭😂 Job is not easy . I doubt I’ll stay here long. I’m in Sacramento Ca. And the new warehouse here is all fucked up with lack of communication etc. came to work fuckin clueless and had to learn everything on my own. Job is trash. Definitely not worth the money . Fuck the rabbit phone too. Shit freezes up and GPS horrible. 🥱😂👊💯
Jerrod Hernandez 😂 I’m glad I was able to make a video that ppl can relate to an get a few laughs lol but yeah I wish u luck there u gonna need it
I'm quitting in April saving up to move then I'm done hope it comes quick
the gps is horrendous on the flex app
I broke one of the rabbits I threw that shit so hard on the ground , I was literally tired of the phone and them dumbasses using shitty sprint service like use at and t 😂
He’s not lying…I used a large McDonald’s cup and dumped it out in the grass
Amazon do be slaving and people let them self be slaved on
.!! On point on that bro
Where I am the trucks are at the warehouse already which is convenient but you’re right we’re getting 180-200 stops almost 300 packages
Thats all Ive been geting 196+ stops and 250-300 packages. IM getting my DOT through them and bounce. UPS and Fed ex express looking for ppl.
@@cashlindontv7293 good on delivery after this 😭
130 packages? 😳 that’s a blessings.. 260+ is what we’re getting everyday 😢
I was been geting 344 packages 😑
$15 an hour that's not good pay. Here in California, the minimum wage is $20 an hour. Amazon treat their employees badly. That company sucks. Most of these companies suck. Slavery jobs.
If your were in NJ, you couldve stopped at a wawa or quick chek. Their bathrooms are always open.
if you dont have a million packages before I'd stop by one on my route
AT ONE TIME I WAS THINKING ABOUT AMAZON BUT IAM GLAD I DID NOT
They don't care ABOUT their employees at all even n the warehouse
So you quit because it was hot, this fckn guy.
83 no biggie it was 104 yesterday I got 315 packages and the first neighborhood they sent me to every driveway was 50-100 yards ( they make a big deal about driving on driveways so I am hoofing it first 3 bags in this neighborhood next stop a 5 story apartment complex where I have a choice walk up the stairs or wait on the slow ass elevator and its disorganized going to one building on 5 different occasions now I am dead did I mention I am 52 dispatch called me at 700 and I still had half my route left and zero energy " do what you can" is what I got they did send a rescuer who took a whopping 13 packages off me.
Stop complaining
Lol fed ex ground is the move pay more easy runs 🏃♀️
Stop the cap bro
I transferred to a delivery station from a FC a month ago WORSE decision ever. It just opened bout 2 months ago so nobody stays long because of the work so there is really no employees so we’re picking 6-10 carts each. I hate it
i usually pick 18-20 carts daily lol
it kind of amazes me that folks stay around. $15 for drivers is nothing when you really think about it. When it's ton of $12-$13 dollars out there with no driving required.
By law they're supposed to provide you a vehicle w/AC. I actually went to my day one this past Friday, & decided it wasn't for me!
what law is this regarding A/C? Work for the USPS and no vehicles have AC. Never have as of this date
@Victorseafog Department Of Transportation regulations
Here in the New York suburbs area we usually get 200 stops and 320 packages. its crazy but gotta pay the bills and feed the family .
you must be comfortable at work. and u shouldn't suffer to pay your bills.
I wonder if all delivery companies have these issues
Oh yes. Some offer better benefits like UPS or USPS. Don't expect this from a contractor like fed ex ground or Amazon.
True story I’m going through it now Amazon they don’t care about there drivers “look after your self guys”
Luckily when I went to interview at dsp the guy chose 2 and excused 2. I was fortunate to be excused.
Bro everything you said I experienced! I've been working for them for 2 months now and it's been fucking rough. Haven't taken a lunch during my shift for the last month because otherwise you can't keep up with the work I'm about to quit
I’ve been there 4, I quit and they called begging. So I stuck it out doing half shifts to cut overtime but I just don’t want to do this anymore!!
@@AllThingsFitnessandLifestyle That's because you don't want to work
If you eat right and exercise regularly, the work wouldn't bother you.
@@WhitemenaresoSexy I eat right, workout, take care of myself in any way possible and it still sucks.
Whats taking you so long to quit
If you quit, why are you still wearing the Amazon vest?
Amazon is a company that cares about making money and that's all companies and that all good. But the way they treat their employees is wrong.
Thk for the info, could you go back inside. I work for them now and some of the people hve done the driven part.
i remember my dps had me work in a hot satan's weather that was about 87 degrees, as soon as i finish my route i came back to him, while they all were sittiing, near a fan and AC, i was so pissed at him he said to me, "relax man ..you finished the route, ill make you sure you have a van with an ac built in it" , mind you all ..he said that three times in three days and i never gotten it and made a joke about it and said, "at least you'll burn some calories" me and him almost fought that day, cause it was hot and human out side while he was sitting in the ware house in a got damn AC with a fan on the side! 😑
It's your DSP, not amazon that did this.
Agree! I work for Amazon Nd love it .. I work at the warehouse .. rebinning lol
the routes come from Amazon the DSP is just the middlle man. the rescues and the faulty equipment that you can blame on the DSP. I haven't had a broken van yet but I have had a tom of ridiculous routes
This my second week and I’m ready to be out the door 😂
Damn kept it real lmao all true shit work for them now and I'm about get up out there appreciate the video
I wonder if ups & fed x are the same way?
Aside all the amazon drama U look Good😩
Thanks for telling the truth about Amazon,I believe you too👍👍👍👍
wow 130 packages ??? i wish , all i get is 350 + everytime bruh 🤦🏻♂️
Ya that’s how they do! This my second stint at the mf I’m finna quit on they ass myself.
LMFAO, BRO SAID “DAYUM, THAT IS A THICK FEMALE”
Packages don’t matter its the stops
Glad you DECIDED to make a move for yourself.
Definitely have a lot of kinks in the system to be such a fucking Rich ass company
This job is best for superman or Spiderman 🤣
first thing first, rip uncle phil!
No wonder Bezos has all that cash, shame on him, i feel he will pay at the perily gates🎉
6:45😂😂😂 savage asf
Wow. That’s crazy
Lol good video
Don’t make a CZcams video describing your grievances of your job while looking at a “Thick woman” it will make you forget your thoughts!
I’m supposed to do an interview in a couple weeks but nah i’m cancelling it
Did u cancel it??
I dont get how anyone can deliver 300+ packages and be done by 2, 3, 4,5pm
Wow
Drivers only get 15 an hour only starting now??
I quit too
I only made 4 days , 3 days helper and on my first day as a driver , they fully loaded my van , and had to rescue me twice in 1 day and didn’t let me take a break without calling talking about what’s the hold up , the dam owner try calling me to come in on Sunday I never answer the phone I messaged him back to tell him no thanks, this job ain’t for me it’s no success only a broke life of misery ,
The resume they want the drivers to delivery as much as possible it’s because that’s how the owners get paid on there performance there company production , drivers where I live got $16.50 , and the owner DSP potential could make up to $300,000 in a year and the drivers with that money
U TRIED TO TAKE A BREAK!!
THEY SAID WHATS THE HOLD UP🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@anthonyboyd1165 yup yup a lunch break
How many stops did you have this day? Because 200-270 packages is a pretty good day at my station. We average anywhere from 300-450 in the step van with 190 stops
It's like easy to complain. That's what people had to do to get your orders delivered.
Uncle Amos said that he feels You!
I’m working on a short film titled “Twelve Days a Amazon Employee”. Hit me up in the comment section if you’re interested in a role.
