Hello I got Zlink5 as well and my model number is K2001N . But I can’t connect CarPlay it says “ MFI chip not detected and CarPlay feature won’t work. Continue activation? “ any idea what should I do ?
The radio itself needs to have the internal chip for it to work. Zlink5 can’t be added to a non CarPlay unit. If your radio has built in carplay you can try connecting to the internet first before you open zlink5 and see if it activates
@@audiovisionusa okay I’ll try that but for that I have to factory reset right ?? And when I go to interconnection settings it shows the CarPlay and phone link option, does it mean it supports CarPlay ?

I had the same problem. Try connecting it to your phones mobile hotspot thats how I fixed mine
When I connect CarPlay with zlink the icons are way bigger than yours, is there a way to make them smaller like the ones in this video?

Zlink5 audio always mute when reverse camera is on, any solution to fix this?
This is a safety feature that can’t be disabled
There is a way to turn this feature off so music can keep playing g while your in reverse let me check my radio to describe it perfectly
Go to into apps>car settings>other settings>reverse settings and check the box next not mute off.
