So since my comparison video of the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro versus the Redmi Note 10 Pro, a lot of you all have requested for me to compare the Mi 10T Pro against the POCO F3.
While I was reluctant to do it at first, due to the price difference of the POCO F3 being retailed at RM1,699 for the 8+256GB variant and the Mi 10T Pro is RM300 more at RM1,999 for the same RAM and storage…

i'd go for mi 11x(poco f3) .. because of the price and the performance... camera is decent but overtime it'll optimize more and more...and gcam is also great for this device

FYI Poco F3 has a Control Centre, you can change it on the Notification and Control Centre settings. And also 12.5.1 has swipe left-right gesture that allows you to switch between Notification Shade and Control Centre without swiping each sides down. :)

I use the macro camera quite a lot. Love taking extreme closeups. The poco f3 has a very capable one. I love it!

14:08 My POCO F3 is currently running on version 12.5.1 as well. You can actually choose between "new" ( left and right separated ) and "old" (notification and control center come down at once) in the settings. Great video anyway!!
How long does the battery on it last? I use just for browsing and watching videos

I have the mi 10t pro for half a year now and very satisfied except for the screen, which is the one thing you look at all the time. My GF got a redmi note 10 pro and that screen looks a lot better than the mi10t pro, so i might swap to an F3... but the camera's.. O well, maybe just wait some more for the new generation phones in another half year ;-) Great video !

you can activate that control centre in poco f3 too . go to setting and then type control centre . you can use new or old control centre

yep indeed, macro is worth having, as a technical engineer in sales, I use this often to read the small digits on applications, getting 52, my eyes are not 21 anymore :-)
All of colleagues use macro in the work field, better than a magnifying glass, and you can save the data as well for the reports later on.
Proud owner of the MI 10T PRO since jan 202, now complaints, a real workhorse, great value for the money.
Oh , and the battery performance is just great, I work daily with my phone, mails, internet, pictures, pdf and word and so on... somethimes it last for 3 days without charging.
And the 30 Watts charger, BAM, in +- 15 minutes I'm on 60% again.
Phone is a bit heavy, but feels very solid, and I don't mind the extra weight, feels more as a quality device when holding that sexy beast :-)
And not to forget, nice video Adam, no bias, just straight to the point.

I was using for 6 months Xiaomi Mi 10T and it was very good phone - amazing battery life, power and IPS dipslay was OK but phone design and weight were not very good . Last month I bought Xiaomi Mi 10 mainly because of phone design, camera, wireless charging and amoled screen. I´m now very happy with Mi 10 but Mi 10T (Pro) is too very good device. Hello Adam! Greets from Bulgaria! I have a question. The phone I am using now is Mi Note 10 Lite (using it from 13 months) and I can call myself a heavy user , when we are talking about Using telephone daily. From 100 - 0 % it depends between 18 - 24 hrs , with a single charge. Screen on time between 8h 30m to 10 h 59 m.
Which of both phones you will suggest to buy? The oldest Mi 10t , or F3. I most using Facebook, viber , messenger , youtube , Instagram, Netflix? I mention above , that I am using it Heavily. I do not playing any games , but it is in my hands most of the time. So i am waiting for your advice. Thanks a lot in advanced , for taking time , and for the reply.

Hi Adam,
I'd like to point out some opinions that have been mentioned by u, regarding the battery consumption on both phones.
1) AMOLED is more energy-efficient than IPS LCD. (But in ur video, u keep mentioning that IPS LCD is better than AMOLED)
2) Mi10T has a 5000 mah battery, while Poco F3 only has only 4520 mah battery. (Hence, this is why Mi10T seems to be more power-efficient than Poco F3)
3) Mi10T is using SD865, while POCO F3 is using SD870(Overclocked version of SD865+(An overclocked version of SD865)). (Hence, the SD865 will consume less power than SD870)
I really think ur video is great in terms of everything else that has been described by u. However, it would be better if u did some extra digging on it.

What the hell man, I do have that swipe feature on the poco f3 intl global on miui 12.5, you just have choose it from the settings. But great video. And I get around 8-10hours sot if I just turned the refresh rate to 60Hz even with 3-4hours of gaming everyday. So the battery life is quite decent.
Yes i know that, what i meant that by default its not activated for the Poco F3 but for the Mi 10T Pro its there, so my point is why isnt’t it turn on by default when it is more useful

Mi10t Pro user. the only downside is the native xiaomi apps seem to behave funny at times. And if i try to install apps that i get from outside of playstore, it kinda messed up. Its not suppose to happen because this is quite an entry level premium device right. Currently waiting for the 12.5 update. Hope it will be better.

The poco "skin" on the notification that you mentioned was in the settings. You can turn it off and on btw. It is call Control Centre Style. Maybe you forgot to switch it.

Hey, it's 2022. I have the POCO F3 and am very disappointed with the stabilizer of the video recording. I've seen some videos where the Mi 10T and 10T Pro show a better result. BUT from watching your video, they look the same. To be clear: do you think that the POCO F3 and the 10T Pro have the same stabilization quality when it comes to a video recording?
If I had the cash right now, I'd be going for the F3 bec of the amoled display. However, I've decided to stick with this Huawei P10 until December then I can purchase a new phone.

Does Mi 10T Pro support 5G SA? As in India for being able to use Jio 5G phone should support it. But in India Xiaomi hasn't released any update for this device since July. Though they promised for 2 yrs software upgrade and 3 yrs of Android security update.
just got the Poco f3 6+128 variant a week ago and I can say the experience on it was superb , no lag , great screen , great speakers and I love the feel of the phone

i'm waiting for mi11t pro in 21h2,or sth similar to the successor of k30s extreme which was the best version of k30 series-.. If only mi note10 pro had OIS + SD865/870 ,that would've been a whole package..i want my phone to be really "no compromise" one just like what was samsung note10.. having triple-slot,super amoled 144hz variable refresh rate with 480hz touch sampling with anti-flickering and HDR10+ dolby,5500-6000mah with 33-65W fast charger,victous glass protection,ip65-67rating,dual loud&clear speaker,side fingerprint,a 120-125' wide camera for both front&rear,3.5mm headphone jack,10x OIS zoom,and one of the top 3 SOC cpus. and all of that in an affordable package. and of course, a stable and smooth UI on top of it with simple root permission at user disposal to modify things he wants.

I bought 10t pro few months back it's an amazing phone but for media consumption I still prefer my mi max 3 , 20:9 aspect ratio is so bad for media consumption I don't understand why they keep messing with the aspect ratios , mi max 3 is not perfect ether but has 18:9 and a larger screen

It has been days since I've been reviewing affordable smartphones for my use and have decided to go for the Poco F3. I would love to know how it has been going to this point? Is it performing well, no significant battery drainage or other issues?
I'm really tempted to purchase the Poco F3 because of the chipset since I play PUBG Mobile. I always play from 10pm to 1am or to the extent of 2am. Do you think it's a good choice for me?

Hello buddy! Greetings from Bulgaria. My personal opinion is that you have bet on Mi 10t pro , cause Mi 10t is a Premium / Flagman phone series , as we all know Mi series is a Flagship... Poco otherwise is a Budget midrange Model which can conquire with Mi models. I am infort the same dilemma (if i can say that) now i am using Mi Note 10 lite , more that an year. Daily using it. Do not playing any games. Well some times i play Darkness Rises , but i prefer to watching Netflix. Browsing, and ect ... So i am worried about the Battery life, on F3's , cause the amoled display? Do you mind if i ask for your expirience. On my Mi Note 10 lite , the battery life is stunning. For 16 hrs (daily usage) the screen on time is between 7 to 10 hrs. So how is on F3?
Because to make the phone's reception signal better. The Aluminium frame alway has two or four line Angten on side or top . The Plastic frame no need its.

Macro lens is the lens I use the most actually, as I'm a naturalist and I take close-up shots of insects, plants, minerals, etc. for identification and archiving purposes. So if anyone knows a phone with great macro camera, let me know.

Nice job my dude, the difference in the photos can be changed via editing as for videos I think the mi 10T pro wins if you're more of a base user but if you're a person who's interested in video a d on a budget it doesn't make much difference. Audio wise poco F3 wins in long-term use,using your phone speaker as your audio speakers damages it faster rather I'd choose to have a dedicated speaker for audio. For me I'd say poco still wins for audio. Performance wise you get a better variation of the same chipset, that up to you guys.

A52 will get slower after a year of use due to the Snapdragon 720G which is a 2 year old midrange chipset. The Poco F3 uses the Snapdragon 870 5G which is an overclocked version of the 865+ which is the last year's flagshit chipset. The F3 will last longer.
As for the Redmi Note 10 Pro, it has a Snapdragon 732G if I'm not mistaken and it's pretty similar to the 720G, not that good
