She was kicking her legs so she isn't paralyzed, most of them just use a wheelchair to sit and get sympathy while they panhandle. It really is an insult to people that are legitimately paralyzed. My friend has been in a wheel chair for 25 years after he went over the falls at the Wedge and head planted into the sand.
She not handicapped only mentality.. earlier she was fighting with the park ranger trying to clean the restrooms and she was walking around.

NOW DAYS, THEY ALSO TRY THAT TRICK TO PAN HANDLE IN FRONT OF WALMARTS WITH SIGNS AND AN EMPTY GAS CAN AND YOUNG CHILDREN SITTING BY THEM IN 90+ DEGREE WEATHER. MOST I'M SEEING ARE ILLEGAL BORDER CROSSERS THESE DAYS. I THREATEN THEM WITH POLICE AND THEY LEAVE QUICKLY AND JUMP IN THEIR LATE MODEL SUV'S AND OFF TO THE NEXT TOWN. THIS IS JOE OBIDEN'S AMERICA!
I am paralyzed. And went to Atlanta, rehab Shepherds and the guy who Took my spot in my room, was paralyzed from Body surfing, the wedge, paralyzed from the chest down.too
@@raymarcov9401 Sorry to hear that, I was close after I went off a 50 foot cliff and landed on my back and fractured 3 lower vertebrae and had a bone splinter dangerously close to the spinal cord, One doctor wanted to operate and fuse the vertebrae together, but I listened to our doctor's advice to stay in the hospital for a month flat on my back and wore a back brace for 6 months, It worked and now I don't take any chances near cliffs of shallow water or anything else.

So much of this problem would be solved if the county did not delay the implementation of the new conservatorship laws. California legislature passed the law that would allow first responders, families and others to force individuals into mental health conservatorships for up to two years. The law also includes substantial drug abuse as one of the criteria. But LA County elected to postpone enforcement of the law for several years. This would solve so much of the issues faced with homelessness 90% of them are mentally ill and or drug induced psychosis

They have some in wheel chairs north of there and they aren't even handicapped, they just use the wheel chairs to sit in and collect money. One guy started acting crazy and jumped out of his wheel chair and chased some kids, turns out he did some meth.

The mental health people should be proactively helping
Mental Health do get 100% involved by the time they get the 5150 in the hospital. She's obviously threatening people, acting homeless or is homeless, usually on drugs and get's thrown out for at least threatening people where she lived, or stealing or screaming so the neighbors don't like the tenants anymore and have to throw out the screamer. They are sneaky to violent to crazy shit in a house like they might throw out good stuff, cause a fire, or harass people they live with, sloppy with personal hygiene and in the kitchen and talking and yelling, on meth or can't get a fix, especially out of a wheel chair. There's been a lot of them that would kill their mother for the next fix. It's a long wait between someone showing up the fixes. Her money? Might have been the reason for the knife. So many people handed over their debit cards for an errand, and they came back with the card but had robbed the account.

Master Ken did a very good video of how to protect yourself against people in wheel chairs hehe. These police need a session with him learning these skills. He also teaches units on self defense against blind people and amputees 😀 Who knew how dangerous these groups can be 😲
