This sculpt was created based on the original design by H.R. Giger

In my cabinet The Big Chap’s dome gets cloudy from the lack of dusting.

Extraordinary.
Great techniques. I chose the full 1/4 scale kit, so it's going to be a chore to do. It's a beast. I think when I eventually get to mine I will do it in a darker theme. I'm not looking forward to doing the scallops on the skull, that will undoubtedly take quite a bit of time. I thought about a template as you did, but will probably hand paint them as well. I do not like when the shoulders are painted with stripes like on the queen studios bust, so I will refrain from doing that. I plan to wet sand the dome with 1,000-4,000 grit sandpaper to get it clear and then paint the outsides so the paint doesn't scrape off when removing it. It's a tough call since reference photos are different, varying by different suits and lighting conditions. I subscribed to help your channel grow brother.

Hundreds and hundreds of reference photos and movie clips, making of and etc. I'm still not so 100% happy, more like 99% 🤪. @3dklos is sending me 1/4 scale one in a dynamic pose to paint, so stay tooned.😎

Awesome paint series! I really like how you used different techniques, brushes, washes, sponges, airbrush. This is helpful for someone who does not have an airbrush. You can actually achieve good results using other tools. Where do you get the figure? It is available as a 3D model? Subscribed!

Great job. Someone needs to make a bust of the Dog Alien, specifically when it killed the dude and then looks up, doused in blood and shows its teeth through it's human lips.

In the movie his dome gets foggy because of the moisture in the air.

Yessssir! It's Black Masking Putty from "Green Stuff World" In my humble opinion, best product on the market. ( and they don't pay me to say that 😉)
