New Weber Summit Kamado Carbon Steel Plancha - Season and first cook including bullet steak.

I bought an 11kg plancha made for the Weber Summit Kamado from Smokerig.
This one is for my Weber Summit Kamado but they make them for Kamado Joe and Kettles.

Bought a few planchas and a pizza steel from Smokerig and they are excellent. Hold the heat fantastically, 🔥🔥
