There are lots of people whose name is mohammed abdullah . How people will guess who it is? Where are quraish people where we can see that quraish tribe?
Plenty Quraysh people still around. Arabs tend to carry their tribe name as their last name, usually written as Al-(tribe name)i, and just a google search reveals numerous 'Al-Qahtani's. And that's just one tribe.
I still have doubts about this 'Mahdi'. Nothing about him is mentioned in the Qur'an or even hinted at, whereas with the Dajjal, even though there were no specific mentions of him either, there are at least some hints about him that may be interpreted. The popular claim that so and so Hadith has been declared authentic, has been one of the reasons why our Ummah is weakened and suffering in this age.

I understand your concern because the real subject is never told or talked about. The subject I am referring to is the Constitution (Dastur al Madinah) created by the Prophet Mohammad saws. This Constitution teaches us the proper way of sociology. Sociology is much more important that the individual acts and a proper way to establish order, justice, rights and thus true freedom. When people (the ummah) starts to study THIS, as it is the foundation of Islam and understand that Islam is a type of government and prepare the bring about real change and stop running after worldly gain - then and only then will we see the build up of the coming of the “Mahdi” aka Mohammad ibn Abdullah. This is a subject that is buried of all the different powers in the world because they (the elite) know when the average believer understands that Unity is power (not knowledge) then Muslims will understand and be able to reject falsehood and keep searching truth. FYI Hadith assembly started by the grandchildren of the Sahabah ra. for interpretation of dreams, but writing of the Constitution of Madinah was commanded BY the Prophet Mohammad saws. and verses in the Quran confirms it. This is the tool to unite the Ummah. And when these studies are accomplished and the people are ready then they will be able to find the righteous leader “Mahdi”. Like Allah says He will not bring about change until the people change what is in themselves.

Actual Romans are idol worshippers, the modern hindus as you know them, worshippers of sun moon etc. 2. I agree that Mahdi will be made righteous, like you said, which means that he would also be on the wrong path before that. He will probably be someone from pagans, and then GOD guides him into Islam and makes him righteous overnight. 3. That Mecca sign will not be the only sign that GOD will provide him. He will also have something else which will prove his lineage to prophet Mohammad. There will be something very common between him and prophet, and its not just piety. For example, the mark of Allah which prophet had on his back. Mahdi will also have some similar sign which will prove his lineage to prophet. See, nobody really knows their lineage in today's times, that too 1400 year old lineage. GOD will help Mahdi in this also by giving him some sign like GOD gave to Prophet.
