Thanks for sharing your day off. It was nice to see you share your love of crafting with your friends. I was happy to hear their appreciation of your gifts. What a pick me for you after a week of hard work. It seemed that while you were tired after a day of sharing your skills it was easier to be tired when you know that they really appreciate all that you did.

I know from preparing for my sock tutorials, how much work goes into it, but so worth it, giving to others and passing on your knowledge, well done. It's a nice feeling when people appreciate your handmade gifts and your crochet group certainly did. I love a good spag bol with a nice glass of red. I always grate a couple of carrots into mine too. It started when my children were small as I was always trying to think of ways to get them to eat more veg. 😊

Love that outfit and so good to help friends start to crochet. I think Alfie said there is a gap in my biscuit bowl which means it is empty😂

Sweet Alfie was telling you his bowl was empty 😂 Our Tigger used to get very vocal if he could see the bottom of the dish, even though there was more kibble in it. 😅 We are in the middle of a blizzard with wind gusts predicted over 50 mph and about 10" of snow with a total of 14" by Saturday. Brrrr! I'm glad you are enjoying yoga and swimming. Your friends did look like they enjoyed the day. Dinner looked delicious as usual. We had home made chili and we are planning on making tater tot casserole Saturday. I hope you had a lovely rest of your evening.

Sarah I have those same pink crocks but mine are 20 years old - Honest and they are so faded. Seeing how pretty they were I might have to pick up a new pair. Have a good weekend

Looks like a great day , I love swimming but our local pool isn’t that local and is a bit grotty , I went regularly in the summer as I was training but really didn’t enjoy it . I’ve started an exercise class at a boxing gym which I’m enjoying much more .
Listening to a new audiobook loving it I think you will too , the people on platform 5.

Hi Sarah, I’m curious. Does your pool have salt water or chlorine? I ask because you said your skin felt good and I find that isn’t always the case when I swim in chlorinated water, even after a shower. We are in the midst of a very big snow storm, almost 10 inches and still snowing!😮
Are you in the midwest? We've got about 10" and expecting more Saturday. I'm not looking forward to the 50mph winds. Stay safe!
@@thecraftydawn yes, I’m north of Milwaukee . Our power just flickered off and on, which scares me. The wind is howling and it’s supposed to get really cold on Sunday. Where are you?
