See how he manipulates her with the “it would be a shame for Charlie to come home to nothing :(“ he’s trying to make her feel as though it’s her decision if that makes sense? He’s trying to get her to trust him so that when/ if he wants to make a deal with her again in the future, it’ll be easier to do so as she’ll trust him because of him giving her this fairer deal prior.
I honestly find Alastor's eye twitching clip to be quite funny because, outside of the obvious with his deal and all, I think Al was thinking to himself "Is this *SERIOUSLY* the lord of Hell that's hugging Charlotte right now?!? This baloney excuse of a man isn't even *REMOTELY* close to what we've been taught in church." when he first saw Lucifer. And I just find that quite entertaining. XD

I think his deal has made him weaker. That’s one of the main reasons he’s so incredibly hungry for his freedom, he’s finally tasted death and now he never wants to feel it again.
My theory is that his deal makes him unable to make deals for souls. I think the more souls a demon owns the more powerful they become. So he can't gain more power currently due to his deal.
I prefer to think it's the opposite. While we don't know yet how demons gather power, at first folks were disrespecting Al when he appeared in hell and was acting too boldly so I guess one can't juts get power instantly. Yet Al somehow did become so mighty in no time. Maybe he sold his soul to some very powerfull being and now is looking for a way to get his freedom back without losing his abilities

Vox is very likely to try making Alastor his underling while looking down on the radio, and we know that behavior is exactly what annoys Alastor the most. He can't put up with those insulting his status as Radio Demon like Lucifer did.
Alastor has been a fan favorite since his introduction. He is a really well written character; someone who can be sinister, funny, shady, and honest all at the same time.
The thing about alastor interest me Is that he's an undeniably a blood lusted monster but he has a weird moral code that he very weirdly will not break, so far as we've seen he doesn't attack those who are below him and will even go out of his way to protect those who are being attacked because they are weaker and will even punish the attackers as we've seen in the comic. So he's obviously a bad guy but he weirdly still has some form of conscious that helps him develop relationships and even having loving bonds with people like rosey.
Why do I have the feeling that Alastor will become the true antagonist of the show… He always said that he want‘s charly and the hotel to fail… now he has that ominous deal with her and the only one between him and charly is lucifer wich he dislikes a lot as he busted right into his parade at the hotel… can‘t wait for season two
I adore all these compilation videos of Alastor, I love this man, but,always surprises me how in all these compilation videos they never show the moment when Husk loses his soul against Alastor, that frame seems incredibly beautiful to me, I even have it as wallpaper on my computer.

He’s got a screw loose and a bit psycho but in a cool way 😈😈♥️ He’s also genuinely terrifying once he’s provoked and when he wants to seriously threaten people but he’s usually affably evil. Those are some of the reasons why I love his character even because he’s intriguing and mysterious.

Nothing is more galling to a narcissist with sadistic tendencies than being reminded of their impotence. The thing I wonder is what did Lucifer want from Alastor in return? It seems like charlie is being excluded from extermination so long as lillith is in heaven and not singing to strengthen the legions of hell.
Okay, so that line about barely escaping being killed "by a hair".. what if he's actually saying "a hare" - an animal like a rabbit, which would be fairly low in the food chain. Given Alastor and his deer motif, it would be incredibly insulting to be defeated by someone far lower than himself. He's not necessarily upset about just escaping death, he doesn't believe Adam was even remotely worthy of being a challenge.. and yet he nearly died, so Alastor's confidence is rightly shooketh. Alastor is okay with losing a fight, but you'd better be a WORTHY opponent.
