ngl the bit about the relationship meeting had me tearing up a little, what a beautiful thing to be able to be that open and honest with a partner and to put the time and effort into making your relationship the best it can be. definitely something i would love to do in my next relationship.

very nice, I don't do a structured reset usually but might start it. still feeling really motivated from new years, yet I put too many goals on my plate and will focus on 1-2 at a time now

Breaking that task down like that made so much sense to me because the slightest bit of resistance I feel when trying to take on a task, leads to me putting the task off and I will continue it off. To combat that I use a notepad I purchased from bando that helps to
simplify the task steps. It is sectioned off on two sides. The first section: “in order to…”; the second: “I need to…”. It helps me immensely with the simplest of tasks that I just can’t seem to get done.

The questions on the Relationship Meeting... each of you ask those questions to yourself about the other person or you ask the other person the question.
Example A: I think I have been on top of cleaning while you where busy and I think I could improve in this way OR
Example B: I think you have been very supportive with this thing and I would like from you to ask me about my day often
So the question would be 'What do you think the other person has done well this month?' or 'What do you think you have done well during this month?'
I don't have it clear hehe
