I have seen similar things caught on my surveillance cameras. I'm not trying to diminish what you captured. Its movement is not unlike something tethered by a spider web floating in a light breeze. A small piece of debris or spider floating on a web would be out of focus and appear larger in size. Also would explain why you couldn't see it with binoculars. Just a theory. Again, not trying to diminish what you captured.
Your experience really hit home, as I captured something very similar several years ago: czcams.com/video/WP9iGRuHKE0/video.html. As you mentioned, that turned out to be a reflection from some debris on a web. The difference with this was, it was elevated in the sky, clear of any trees or structures that might have supported anything, and, most importantly, presented itself as a heat source, a rather hot one at that. Thanks for commenting and please share any other thoughts you may have.

Nice catch! Does not look to be something falling so my theory of an aircraft part seems wrong.
Thanks! I’m still mystified by it. I failed to mention, I took a short break from watching it, and when I returned it was gone.
