"-In fact, Duncan hates Kevin Garnett. Hates him the way liberals hate Sean Hannity. This information comes from very reliable sources, who talk about how KG has made a career of trying to punk Duncan, baiting him and slapping him and whispering really weird smack into his ear. They talk about how funny this is, because the worst thing you can do as an opponent is p--- off Duncan. Then, as Malik Rose says, "he f------ destroys you." Duncan's lifetime numbers versus Garnett's teams, by the way: 19.4 points per game, 11.6 boards and a 44--17 record, including the postseason.
Duncan is diplomatic about the topic. Asked if perhaps all those years battling Garnett have softened his feelings for the man, led to a Magic-Larry type of kinship, Duncan leans back on the couch in his hotel room and grins. There is a pause. A longer pause. Finally he says, "Define kinship."

I remember DeMarcus Cousins talking trash to Duncan after literally getting away with a technical foul. Then the Spurs fed Duncan 5 straight times or something like that and scored each time. Also, Russell Westbrook trash talking Damian Lillard the entire 2019 1st round series in the playoffs, and Lillard went off in that series while Westbrook had a terrible series. Ending with Lillard hitting the logo 3 to end the series and waving goodbye to Westbrook.

Another Jordan trash talking story you could’ve added was in a preseason game in 1987 when a rookie Reggie miller out scored mike in the first half 10-4 and he started trash talking mj and in the second half mj out scored Reggie 40-4. After the game, Jordan went up to miller and said “don’t ever talk trash to black Jesus”

I grew up in Chicago and remember watching that game you were talking about against the Grizzly's and even though I am a Bulls fan it was great to watch Miller score those 8 points and stick it to Spike Lee. The refs didn’t think anything had to be done in the moment. It was lebron who called the league office himself and asked for a suspension. The league wasn’t going to do anything because the refs didn’t call a flagrant on the court because green was just pushing him off of him. Which anyone would do. Lebron cried to the league and the officials were definitely keeping them in the games with some bullshit calls early in games 6 and 7.

An interesting part of the KG v TD incident is that in that series Manu Ginobili had a HUGE block pulling Garnett down onto his back, deflated. The reason Manu went so hard on the block, was because it was only a couple of possessions after KG made the comment about TD's mom. You should check out the clip, it is absolutely savage. Ginobili, Parker and Duncan had each others backs in a way that we may never get to see again in the NBA.
Bruh Ginobili wasn’t on the Spurs in 1999 lockout season. He got drafted by them in the 1999 draft but didn’t join them until the 2002-03 season. Why you spreading misinformation.
