    My dealer took off the rear footpegs, the ducktail and flashed the firmware to remove the speed limiter on my 2020 V4S without having to be asked. Very cool.

    Thanks for the clear video and the tips - been putting off the passenger peg removal on my Streetfighter V2 for at least a year. Might actually get around to doing it now. 😂

      Haha totally understand. Took me a while to do this also just because I didn’t want to deal with it. Plus I’ve seen people totally scratch their exhaust shield to hell so I was scared to do it. However, like most things, when done with patience, issues can be avoided. Good luck with yours.

      There might be something lost in translation here. I’m sorry I’m not understanding the statement here.

    Hi, those spacers you got from Ducati or u purchased on market. I understand that you fixed when u open the seat ?
    Thank you in advance for feedback.

      These are a OEM Ducati part. The part number is in the video if that helps at all. Your second question I’m not sure if I understand. Can you maybe rephrase that so I can help you? Thank you!

    The top 2 bolt in the heat shield are seized on mine and one of them is rounding off 😭

    • @ridewithKY

      At that point I would leave it alone. Those fasteners are incredibly difficult to get out. The tool needs to fit perfectly in the fastener to avoid rounding the fastener off. 😔.

    What kind of frame sliders are those?

      These are the Sato racing sliders.

    I’ve tried for over a week to pull the heat shield down enough to get the spacers on and in the correct place. The black plastic just does not move down far enough! I wish you showed that part. I’ve tried everything! Bike is stock and all the videos I see make it look so easy. I just can’t seem to figure out how to lower it further! Can you help me, 😢

      And why do you need two sets of spacers ? Or you mean just two spacers total?

    • @ridewithKY
      @ridewithKY  Před 2 měsíci

      I can’t speak to your individual bike but on mine it did take some force to move that heat shield down enough to get that spacer in there. If you just can’t get it and feel like you may damage something then there’s no shame in taking it to a professional.

      @@ridewithKY ah ok thank you. It seems every video I watch, it’s so simple. But perhaps it was already done before so the video wasn’t so long.
