Preach it buddy! Man I didn't know that you did exhausts for people. When I said make me one (on the dual exhaust) I was kidding with ya but heck I would be more than willing to take my machine down to Ohio and pay for the materials for you to make me an exhaust. I would even take your dual exhaust if you don't have a home for it now. But I have a question, should I wait till I tune my ECU to get a new exhaust cause I still would like to do that. Another nice vid Steve, keep cranking em out!

I like it alot better than the duals you had on they were tinty sounding. Flowmaster has a much deeper sound.

Wish you wore safety glasses when grinding. Without your eyes you cannot ride. I have had metal in my eyes even with glasses but bounces happen

Off subject but I have a z950 2021 I get so much heat in the cab it burns my feet I have put a piece of sheet metal under the dash and some heat shield in the e break place got some of it form not coming in but I still can't ride with me windshield down cause it gets to hot any thoughts I can't find any videos on it
Sounds good! , also do you know where I could acquire another exhaust flange, I did custom exhaust and used stock one but would like to be able to switch it out between a couple different setups on the fly

God dam that’s nice. I was wondering how strong do you think these engines are. There’s a company that makes a legitimate electric turbo and they can put out about 5 psi on a little 4 banger engine.im curious if these 800 motors could handle a little boost
They could handle 6lbs maybe 8 but the electric turbos are garbage cletus McFarland has a video series on it.
What size is that end flange so i don't cut the factory flange . The end flange .

Hey bud I purchased a CF MOTO 600 for my son snorkel it and he flipped it second ride now having a electrical nightmare with the dash and steering box with the plugs also needing a scanner for his bike please help no warranty since I snorkeled it.

Believe it or not the 800/1000/950 has the same pistons same jugs same valves same heads same cams etc. only difference is stroke and intake size.
@@R.N.GPerformance yeah stroke on 800 is 2.42" and stroke on 962 is 2.91" (3.6" bore) that means vm wise intake manifold and exhaust manifold are major restrictors there is zero reason a 962cc engine should be blow 90hp especially with a 10.6:1 compression ratio
Im with you. I have some things up my sleeve to make the 800 breath. Im getting high compression pistons. Cams. Im putting the 1000 intake on it or a custom one. Im putting the wet clutch delete on it. She will breath this winter starting to gather parts now.

Thats the nature of the beast unfortunately with all SXS’s. Its hot air from the radiator. Block all little holes and stuff you can
