This was a mini-game included with the third and final soundtrack for the Serial Experiments Lain anime, released in 1999. Unfortunately the ending is cut off due to a copyright strike, but all it does is play the anime opening to Serial Experiments Lain.

Unfortunately due to a copyright claim of the song [Duvet - Boa] which plays during the ending, I am unable to include the full thing. However, the ending just plays back the opening to the anime Serial Experiments Lain and ends after that. If you would like to try out the program for yourself, the download link is provided within the description, alongside a guide to play the game. Do note that the game is very old and is therefore very buggy.
