    I heard that hydrogen peroxide damages the roots and potentially the rhizomes of buce --- have you found that to be the case?

      It depends on how long you submerge it for. You'd only want to do it for around 2 to 3 mins. In that time period all my Buces have been okay.
      Also with the smaller and more delicate Buces, you naturally want to shorten the time to, say 1 mins. You'd have to judge it for yourself. It is not an exact science.
