@Tum Tum The more air you let out the easier you sink. When there is little air in your lungs, the water will stop pressuring the air out of your body. That is why it is easier to sink. Do try when you are swimming. You will notice the difference. Make sure to calm your heart beat. This is the key to stay in water longer.
