If Tristan was smart, he'd apply for an annulment at this point. In some states you can apply for an annulment within a certain time frame if your spouse has a criminal record and didn't disclose. He should certainly look in to that avenue - this marriage never really had a chance even without the added drama of the arrest

When Tristan argued, he wouldn't let Mia get a word in edgewise. He just bombards her with his venting, which is an attack. Gets his anger all out, taking it out on her. That is abuse - to attack and take your anger out on someone is abuse. It's a good thing she left him. Her intuition was right on the mark when she left during their second honeymoon. Good for her! Also, about Tristan making a unilateral decision to cancel his insurance, Tristan's excuse is because he didn't want to bother her cause she was so stressed so he made the decision to cancel on his own. However, while Mia was still stressed about moving, Tristan then complained that Mia wouldn't hurry up and get health insurance. Which is it Tristan, you either are concerned about her stress or your not? Tristan makes no sense.

Amber Lawrence she had a warrant for her arrest & was arrested when she tried to go on her honeymoon. Contrary to way to many people's opinions her warrant & subsequent arrest don't automatically mean she's guilty under the current laws of the U.S.
Charges can be compiled but they have to be proven & under no circumstances are charges always true or always proven. She lied/denied to Tristan initially because it may be her character but more likely embarrassment being on camera & talking to someone she didn't know very well.
