Inventor of the garnish technique on a turntable in 2009, the "tourbillon" - now known and used by everyone worldwide - founder of the homonymous pastry shop in France.
Chef Yann Brys represents an entirely new approach to flavor, combining the most unusual together. He has been conducting Pastry Masterclasses all over the world since 2014 and MGA had the honour of hosting him in Greece, in Heraklion Crete in May 2019!
