Fare k tadke me pyaz k pahle tak ke hi steps kariye to iska individual flavour jyada ubhar k aata hai , garam masala lal mirch powder dale aur use crispy hone tak senke nast lgega . Mai banaras se hu ek bar aise try kariyega achha lgega .

One tip--- poha ka powder works great for stuffing of mooli / bathua/ gobhi/ palak/ brocolli/ cabbage etc... extra water bahut achche se absorb kar k rakhta hai poha ka powder. Do try and share your experience.
