  • A quick look around Airventure 2022 from my perspective. Obviously, I did a horrible job of documenting the whole thing, but it was still great to see all the exhibits and meet some of the other pilots like ‪@martinpauly‬

    Oshkosh is awesome.
    Last July, my son and I flew in mid week, next July I plan on flying in several days before the show starts.
    Thanks for sharing, see you (I hope) next year.

      @@bdanza I started bookwork, now I just need to get some time on the books with the CFII. You know how those CFIIs are. ;)

    I attend OSH every other year and my biggest complaint is the food. As expected it is expensive which I get but it is horrible and not worth eating. And the choices aren’t that great.

      It is expensive for sure

    Oshkosh is more a visual thing. You don't need to do much talking. You did a great job with your narration. I was surprised you were not in the Cirrus for this adventure. I took a Cessna 172 there, from KTEB to KYNG to KFLD for my first flight to Air Venture. Because it took so long to get out there, KOSH was closed for the night. It worked out ok since there were volunteers from the area, bringing everybody to town. Wisconsin people are the best people. They will give you the shirt off their back if you need it.

      We used the flight as a training flight for my friend Tom's instrument rating, so we had to use one of the flight school planes

    Brian, I was happy to see you had posted a video about OSH, however my friend you really pi**ed my off with your 'A stupid French plane with an American flag' comment! Did you not see the aircraft you referred to in that manner was an ode to our American medal of honor recipients?? Our American heroes?? What is the matter with you? Would I prefer it was a Boeing...yes. But what the airplane represents is what's most important, and you unwittingly dishonored it. Not cool.....

      @bdanza  Před rokem

      Norm i was simply talking about American airlines and Airbus, when i said it I didn't know it was an honor flight plane. It was a joke in passing about Airbus

      @@bdanza Hey Bud...don't! Brian, we're all good, still love your videos, not going to unsub. But...look at the plane in your video! The 'Medal of Honor' markings are HUGE, as are the depictions of the medals themselves. It's literally impossible not to see what this aircraft represents. Moving on, looking forward to your next.....
