Hi doctor
I have been diagnosed with adrenal adenoma on the left side and I'm on eplenerone. Is there a possibility of getting an AVS done in India?
For an adrenocortical tumour with no worrying histological features, at what weight will you make a diagnosis of adrenocortical tumor of uncertain malignant potential. do you have any experience using the GAPP grading system for pheochromocytomas.
Great question. I do not have experience using the GAPP. Even though weight has been useful in general particularly in the pediatric adrenocortical tumor setting, by itself is not a sufficient criteria to put it into uncertain malignant potential.
