CLEANING EXPERT SHARES SECRET SYSTEM TO CLEAN FASTER: czcams.com/video/TqHX3pTeRdg/video.html
The ultimate use of hydrogen peroxide is as an air purifier. Just put it in one of those essential oil diffusers (humidifiers) -- on intermittent setting and place it in the worst spot in the house for odors -- and it eliminates odors instantly. The explanation for this is that not only does it purify the air, but oxygen binds to the receptors -- because the human body is "hungry" for oxygen.
I had a real bad dog odor coming from the apartment next door, and although I have 10 HEPA air filters, and five essential oil diffusers (used in the conventional manner), I finally I got so desperate that I decided to see what happens if I diffuse peroxide in this manner. It completely eliminated all odors -- and then I thought to place it in the bathroom as the worst case scenario -- and it eliminated all odors, instantly at the source. That has always been the ultimate challenge in most households.
Because I was also having allergies due to the dog odor, I noticed when I kept the diffuser operating overnight, I woke up the next morning without the accumulation of phlegm and mucus at the back of the throat that is also a problem with many people with sleep apnea, for which they buy expensive appliances to force extra oxygen into their respiratory system, although most people can't stand them and don't use them. Hydrogen peroxide is a water molecule with an extra oxygen molecule -- and that solution vaporized (nebulized) in this manner, has a magical, transformative effect to any household -- suffering from the many problems households are susceptible to.
In this way, one can kill off mold spores, bacteria, fungus, viruses, etc. -- creating the optimally healthy environment -- that basically cleans and refreshes itself. It may cure many respiratory issues -- inadvertently of course -- because we wouldn't want to cure anything without the express permission by doctors who make a comfortable living shilling for the drug companies.

Got a yellow Tumeric/Curcumin stain out of my carpet when *nothing* else would work, and it didn't bleach the carpet! New fan.
If the carpet was cotton, linen, wool or alpaca it would have bleached a nice white spot in it.

I cured my dogs hot spots which never would heal after spending hundreds of dollars at Vet. I put it on hot spot several times she healed in a week
Wow great tip wish I had known that my dogs hot spots cost a fortune and he had to wear a plastic cone sometimes so he would not chew them too.
My cat after missing for days came home and her stomach was completely ripped open, the fur was gone and the her flesh stank of infection and dead tissue. The Dr cut out the flesh that was rotting on her underside but he could not close the very large hole as there was no skin left. That hole was a large as my hand. The Dr. got me to poor peroxide over the open stomach twice a day and it took weeks to grow close but the cat survived without getting a second infection.
Yes! We have done that for years with our dogs!
Wow..mine won't let me put the cone on he bit me a lot of times. I tried a pool noodle round a rope that also failed.
So you did not have to use a cone?
Wow thank you for sharing that. Definitely gonna try. I've spent over $700 & gone to 3 vets and my dog is still suffering
I used to work as a Dental Assistant during my younger years and whenever we had blood-stained articles (they did not use disposables years ago) we used peroxide to soak the stain till it foamed and then washed it in COLD water. Never use hot water on blood stains, it sets them permanently...

Works extremely well as a mouthwash. Especially when it comes to oral care for your gum lines and tongue. I personally use it as a pre-rinse. By doing so, it help breakdown the plaque and stain matter on your teeth.
Straight peroxide ❓
@@mountaingirl1797 yes… it’s non toxic; just don’t swallow it. I personally brush directly after I spit it out, without rinsing. I feel the peroxide also enhances the cleaning properties of the toothpaste.
Is the food grade one necessary ?
@@jowa5733
I’ve never knew of one specifically labeled as food grade. However, I’ve been using the common one for years. And it does state on the bottle that it can be used as an oral rinse. I’m not sure that there’s deference. The “food grade” indication might just be as an excuse to mark the price up. To make it more appealing to the consumer.
wow doesn't your mouth get all burn up?... whenever I use it to clean and accidentally touches my hand, my skin will feel burnt. I don't know if it's safe for the mouth
I keep a bottle in every bathroom, in bedrooms and in the Kitchen and Laundry room too! Love this video about uses. Also Baking Soda is another medium to use for multiple purposes!
Working overseas and most of the time in rural areas, a visit to the dentist is not frequent. So a friend reminded me of the uses of Hydrogen Peroxide's uses. And it could not have come at a better time. Great post!
Love the way, M. sticks to the cheap basics that are in the base of those pricey cleaners no one needs. Most of us have this kind of stuff in our kitchen pantry already!
Thank you so much for sharing all these videos; they help no end in learning how to use household products for maximum efficiency. Plus your positivity always spurs me on to do even one thing and not feel overwhelmed. Many blessings x x x
HP is great after I get my eyebrows waxed. HP takes away the burning almost immediately I get my brows done. Love it!
Thank you. I love using hydrogen peroxide. I buy the big bottle at Costco and add a sprayer nozzle on the bottle. It works great
you can buy it at most drug store in a brown spray bottle. clear bottles allow it to degrade.

@@mountaingirl1797 yes, you can use HP for many things. I'm using 10 drops in my nasal rinse because of mold and can do this for a cold. This was an old doctors remedy 40 yrs ago.

I'm gonna give you a hint. If you can't find lower strength stuff because of this pandemic thing, go to hydroponics stores. They almost all stock technical or food grade hydrogen peroxide (29%+ range). You can mix it down to what you want.
We use this so much at my house! No sense in spending so much more money when hp works so well. I keep it in a cabinet, in a cool, dry space.
You forgot the magic trick it does, blood vanishes like disappearing ink.... Just pour it on blood (dried or wet) and it's gone....
Your not in the mafia are you ????
She specifically mentioned it was excellent for working on proteins @ 4:22
Yooo I use it for period stains all the time. However I do find that if it’s an old stain (no matter the type) it’s a lot harder to get out the edge/ring of the stain. Do you have that problem? Idk how to get rid of them completely
I had a vintage quilt that had a dried blood stain for years. I put a white towel under the stain, dampened the stain with 3% peroxide and sprinkled generously some accent meat tenderizer. (If you don't have accent you can use salt). I worked it in with an old toothbrush and let sit for 20 mins. Then I added a little more peroxide and lightly scrubbed again before washing it. It took me 2 times to completely remove stain and the ring around it. I received this tip from a nurse that worked in a nursing home and I have used it ever since. Works fantastic!
Belinda Peral thank you!! I tried it out on a small spot and it works really well- I may have to do it once more but it definitely works. You’re amazing!!!
I just recently purchased a 5th Wheel and the ceiling vents were all yellow. I soaked them outside in a plastic tub filled with hydrogen peroxide and they are now all white. Absolutely amazing! Love it!
I have been using this for years. It does work and I buy it by the quart, usually 6 to 8 qts at a time. I also buy those in the squirt bottles and use the quarts to refill the small squirt bottles.
It was the main ingredient in the stuff called “sun in” that they made in the late 80s and into the 90s. It was a lightening hairspray that promised the user with a few sprays one could lighten their hair in the sun even quicker. Turned most of the dark haired ladies orange haired. Yeah, hp was the main ingredient, like I mentioned. Many people learned you can get the same results for cheap. Just add some lemon juice and sit in the sun. It doesn’t make a dramatic difference immediately, it take some time to lighten. Thank you for reading this and have a stellar week everyone!
Thanks for the informative video beautiful lady !
Just moved into a new house that the previous owners didn't keep very clean so any tips to sanitize and start fresh are great! Thank you so much!
A suggestion. Lysol wipes in the round tubs (not the packs of wipes as there toooo soapy) .... Costco best deal on them. There great for cleaning out fridge or freezer even if cold, counters ect. I WOULDNT use on wood cupboards though. As well base boards are painted it just lifts any grime, bathrooms great too. I find there worth the money rather than up and down with buckets of water (however, spic and span is a good one). Good luck .. it will be a labour of love but worth the journey. 😎

Since I'm a nurse, I found out early on the best way to get blood out of my uniforms is---you guessed it---Hydrogen Peroxide!!!
I love how it foams on the blood and after laundering the blood stain is gone.
It was us for cleaning out infected wounds
I didn't know that I could use hydrogen peroxide for so many uses and I will try to remember them since I have a bottle at home for medical use. Thanks so much for those tips and God Bless.
I love the way she drip dryers the toilet brush. I generally set in the trash can before I put it back in the holder, but not possible when you have a 98 y.o. around, or children. Great video. So much good pointers. ⛄️
I use that same mixture for the grout and brighten my teeth with it!!! It works!!!
Thanks for the tips. I tired of the cost for commercial products so am looking for simple solutions to cleaning. Wonderful ideas.
Hydrogen peroxide is also good at removing blood stains on clothing. I was once having surgery for skin cancer and the Doctor removed some skin which caused blood to run onto my shirt. The nurse went and got some hydrogen peroxide and rubbed the stain with it and the blood stain disappeared.
Good job on this video! Here is one great use for H2O2 : clean your hairbrushes. Soak hairbrushes, like you would soak a toothbrush. I do this once a week. I have 3 hairbrushes and a I rotate using them, this way they are always disnfected
Thank you for your time to do this video, great job!
Using hydrogen peroxide to clean the grout on the tile floor in the kitchen worked fantastic. I did it twice to remove all the build up and could actually see the dirt, grime, and grease lifting using the toothbrush and slurry. Out whole family worked on this and it took less than an hour from start to finish and we have a large kitchen. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
As far as a mop, I use the Valedia bucket and j cloth mop combo as it has a wringer on the bucket for the mop. The less water on your floor, the whiter your grout will stay. 🙂
Hi Melissa! Hydrogen Peroxide is one of my favorite 'go-to' solutions!

I use it to remove laundry stains along with baking soda and dawn dish soap. I use it sterilize my toothbrushes and as a mouthwash. Also for cleaning. It really works.
you are amazing,so lucky I found you. I have been cleaning my house for about 20hours because of your easy and amazing ideas and
I keep it for cuts, etc., but I started using it as mouth wash after brushing, and before the reg. mouthwash. These are great ideas. Thank you.
I also use it in my Water Pic after my dentist recommended it.
Voice of experience speaking here. Be very careful about using HP on fabrics - especially LEAVING IT on fabrics. Yes, it will be bleach out a lot of stains - especially protein stains. But if left too long, it also weakens fabric fibers & eventually the item will tear quite easily in the stained spot - or holes will develop holes. When using HP on fabrics, leave for only a short period of time - I'd say no longer than 15-20 min - then scrub spot & rinse well. Unless, of course, it's a cleaning rag or some other item you're not concerned about losing, developing holes etc.
True.. excellent whitener. Could dilute initially too. 5 minutes is necessary. It makes clear cut tears in the fibers....it does . Gotta get it back out of the fabric.
I've just watched a few of your videos, your awesome and not boring and get right to the point. Thank you and good luck!
Hi Melissa
A while ago, my dog peed on the engineered wood floor and I didn't noticed until I saw a huge black stain. I treated it with hydrogen peroxide for a few days and it improved enormously.
I like those gears behind you. Those are cool. I recently came across an old belt sheave from a threshing machine that is probably 75-100 years old. Cleaned the rust off of it using the electrolysis method and painted it with red enamel. It looks great now and is a nice show piece.
Omg! I have had my share of watching DIY videos........but you totally rock! I love your channel! Your recipes are beyond awesome😊 Thanks a million
Some of those uses for peroxide I already knew, although some were new to me. I learned a few valuable uses for hydrogen peroxide from this video! I love it ❤️
Thank you, I have stains on my shirts but like you, i use my toothbrush and removed them, also, I have a genius idea with the peroxide since it is so good for killing bacteria I used a bottle to clean my chicken before baking it....Thanks again and ill be back for more great ideas.
Also works great removing dark stains on hardwood floors from pet urine.
Really? Even if the urine has gone under the polyurethane? Can you tell how to do that? Thank you!
I use it usually to clean out the dirty stuff in my ears. Feels really good when it bubbles in my ears.
Love your video. I have trouble with underarm odor. I scrub with antibacterial soap and even use zinc oxide powder to dip my deodorant in to help. But I found a little spray bottle of HP at the $Tree and have started putting a few mists a few hours after my shower and it has helped tremendously. Just a few spritzes every day and I can still go a week without taking a bath! JUST Kidding!!! But it is a great help. Thanks much!!
Thanks for the useful tips.I use it,mixed with baking soda, to whiten my teeth.I use it mixed with water, for sore & irritated gums & mouth.I apply it to scraps.
I attach a spray nozzle on the hyd.per bottle and have regular white vinegar in another spray bottle...spray on all surfaces (mist) ....counter,toilet bowls,sinks,toothbrushes,pillows,bed,curtains,.....the list goes on and on...easiest way to disinfect overall... :)
I use hyd peroxide as body spray too...just a few sprays on...it keeps me going for few hours...
You just passed on a very valuable idea! Why didn't I think of that? Thanks! I am even going one further and buy a very small spray bottle for my handbag to use on Public facilities when I have to use same away from home...
As deodorant?
Walmart sells hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle now. I use it when I brush my teeth.
@@trudydavis6168 remember DARK bottle only ! i like white vinegar, too
Katarina S. You can. When I can’t shower right away, you can wipe off your entire body with HP on a washcloth. If you put it in your skin full strength for a few minutes before you shower, it detoxes as well. I think you should use a good grade HP and add distilled water to it first. But I doubt it matters.
I use Hydrogen Peroxide to clean my bathroom mirrors for a streak free deep clean. It's also my go to cleaner for my dental night guard.
Omg thank u! I have peroxide that’s just sitting in my bathroom cupboard for years never knew I could use it like this. U live and learn thank u!!
Check the expiration date though; else you have to toss, like I did. :-(
rojaiwla yea I had to toss mine too it was sooo old. Lol
Great video of the Hydrogen peroxide. Many cool uses. I heard many years ago, that for some reason you have a tooth removed, and for some reason it gets infected, use(don't quote me on this). Mix a bit of water to the Hydrogen peroxide, either use as a mouth wash rinse or just dab in on the infected area. Note:. Research for the information on the idea of Hydrogen peroxide first . Always get information on this. Before using product. It works wonders on tooth removed infection.
Very helpful as usual!

It's very good to take out blood stain. Especially when is that time of the month. When there might have a leak at night or on your underwear. It has to be fresh blood, not one from a couple of months. Just pour some on the blood let is soak a couples of minutes then wash as usual. The same way Hydrogen Peroxide kills an infection in a cut, it also has the same effect on an abscessed tooth. Use it like mouth wash. It doesn't jolt the nerve (there's no pain). Use it 2-3 times tops (within 28 hrs) and the pain is gone. Make sure not to swallow it. And most important- see your Dentist because it is a recurring issue, to say the least.
I wish I had known this last year. I'll remember if I get a tooth ache again. Thanks
@@EarthKeeperSelinaMu No you don't. You use a cap full, swish it around thoroughly paying special attention to the tooth in question, and spit it out. Repeat and do the same 2 times 20 minute intervals. Make sure to see a dentist because until it is filled it will happen again on down the line.

The kitchen smells so good. I did this at my client's home. Her daughter walked in and wanted to know why the kitchen smelled like Christmas. LOL I told what I had done. I also use them in water in the microwave.
Mouth wounds from dental visits or canker sores, mix 1 part H2O2, 2 parts warm salt water.
SWISH
Thanks love.
I use 35% food grade H2o2 for potable water treatment when traveling in areas where drinking water is questionable. By dilution of 11 parts H2O to 1 part distilled H2o2 = 3% pharmaceutical grade H2o2. Therefore a pint last a long time. Then a couple of drops added to a gallon of water and allowed to sit for a while, makes it safe by killing off viruses and bacteria as well as causing unwanted mineral salts to bind with the extra oxygen molecule therefore facilitating these minerals ( sulphur, iron, magnesium etc ) to precipitate out and easily filtered or decant the water off. About a 1000 more times effective than chlorine and no smell or off taste.
Can be used to shock domestic wells and clean residential potable water lines as well, at 35% concentration, then run off till cleared.
You're way too smart lol!
Could you use it in a pool or hot tub ?
Hi, use in a pool or hot tub?
Have not done this directly so just my thoughts. I would treat the supply water to filter out precipitated minerals and disinfect.
Note I have only used well water and not treated municipal supply, so how would this react with chlorinated H2O ?.?.?
If added to existing pool / hot tub water, ensure your mechanical filtration system and media is properly sized (0 to 1 micron) and maintained as the percipient is very fine. As far as disinfecting, bang on.
@@davidsherwood7935 There's a specific kind of HP used to disinfect and "shock" hot tubs and jacuzzis. You have to follow the instructions for your specific tub's specifications. There's a lot of literature on the web that explains how to do it.
Great Advice.
This is in regard to your video on hydrogen peroxide. I used to be a nurse and it’s inevitable that you will get a blood stain on your uniform or your clothes from a small cuts at home. Rinse the spot immediately with water and start rubbing in hydrogen peroxide with it. It starts disappearing before your eyes. It always works and is a uniform and clothing saver. There is not an exact recipe due to the size of the stain. Once I get the stain out I leave the clothes sit for a minute or two. This is just in case there are places I didn’t see. It does work great on white scrubs or T-shirts.
Lisa Clark Used to be a nurse? I’m a retired nurse but I consider myself to always be a nurse.
Thanks for the inspiring advices, I just stained my hubby's white shirt and I was so confused what to do, so I got the solution to my problem 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌😊😊
I use it with a few drops of essential oils in the dishwasher rinse aid compartment instead of store bought rinse aid.
Thanks never thought of that!! Imma do this today!
