Fish and chips are enjoyed by Aussies in every season. Any town close to the sea has a fish 'n chip shop serving fresh fish. These villagers should try a potato cake or dim sims. When I was a kid, I'd sneak off the school grounds with a mate at lunchtime and trot to the local fish 'n chip shop. Depending on how much change we'd scrounged we bought a minimum chips and to share and 1 or 2 fried dims sims each. Those really were golden days, although that only became apparent years later.

It's great watching these lovely people trying a food I have eaten all my life. As others have said you can dress it up with various sauces etc., but a little salt & vinegar is all you really need.

I'm from the UK 🇬🇧 fish and chips is our national dish and is one of the best meals on God's green earth. And this video testifies to that. Simple and satisfying. I am now starving having watched that.🤤

I love watching these guys have their minds blown by western food and culture. Their reactions are always so sincere, and the way they speak is wonderful. "This fish has no thorns!", classic xxx

Your fish looks great! The only thing missing a tartar sauce to dip the fish in. :)

It's not authentic fish 'n' chips without salt and vinegar. Absolutely every single chippy in the U.K, the home of this dish, sells it with the offer of salt and vinegar. Love this channel btw, These fellas are excellent, thanks for the vids.
