The model for $263 is not available, is not built yet that's why I didn't make the video for it. No, HAINES city doesn't have hills. Yes, close to the shopping, I mentioned some of them in the video. Around the south area of Orlando nope. All of them with CDD or HOA, if you want new constructions. Resale there a couple of options with no associations

These are lovely homes for the price but unfortunately it is one of the worse performing school districts in all of FL and all the mosquitoes!!! As soon as they build new middle/high schools focused on tech like in Lake Nona, it’s not even worth the great price for me 😢
I love that model but I like if you can found something like that in west palm beach with that price 😊
