This song is so relatable that it’s almost kinda scary. But then it‘s also nice to know that someone out there is having the EXACT same thoughts. But then again it’s also super sad because thinking and feeling this way can be so grueling and honestly nobody should feel this way. :
It's called anxiety. And millions of people around the world suffer from it.
It's debilitating to those who try control things that are out of their control.
feeling this way is absolutely natural, and people need to realize that just because the world is a scary place, it's also a beautiful place and a lot of fun. Death is nothing to be afraid of, and neither is living.

OMG. The most ridiculous anxiety I had at 22 (and it always happens when you are trying to fall asleep) was that I wasn't going to see 30 years old. Though I wasn't doing anything to risk my life. Ha. I'm 53 now. My current self laughs hysterically at my silly 22 year old self.

I relate to this alot, kinda had a mental breakdown when I comprehended that I could die at any moment and thought life had no meaning. But if your thinking that rn realize that life has meaning because its so fragile, if any day could be your last you might as well be enjoying it in that final moment.

Idk, dying imo isn't really what people fear. Its what leads up to the death, did you waste your existence feeling lost at the time, did you feel content, are the people in your life in a good place, does someone still need you, did you have no one who needed you etc. I don't think death is what scares us, it's the uncertainty of living. Will you be content for this stretch of time before things go down hill again? Or when will you get out of the valley and climb back atop the hill.
